Dunelm Arvostelua 

Attentive and knowledgeable assistance from the staff. Willing to help in any capacity that my husband and I have asked - be it searching digitally, click and collect, finding merchandise in the store and help us take heavy parcels right to our car. Dunelm has been our go to store since my husband moved to Saundersfoot. Not just on August 4, 2026 - see below.

On the 28th August i ordered click & collect from Rochdale store. It stated it would arrive on the 30th August, they would email me on the day to collect. They did not email so i went in the store they told me it was not there possibly monday/tuesday. On monday i rang customer service who told me it could be possibly tuesday or wednesday. So i said "Why say the 30th then". She said sorry, but i have still not received the email upto 3pm today. If i'd have known this i would have ordered off ebay

I did phone today and he did state my order was at Rochdale store since tuesday so i said can i go for it. He said no not until you get the email.

Really bad experience with this company. Will definately think twice before ordering with them again.

I suggest they get more staff to deal with orders that arrived in their store YESTERDAY!

I found Dunelm's website very easy to navigate and to place an order. I received confirmation email and delivery date. On the morning of my delivery I received an email and text stating the time my order would be delivered. My parcel arrived very well packaged and within the hour stated.

Ordered a rug, kept getting delayed and I called twice, eventually they told me it's lost. Said they would send out a replacement on expedited delivery (which is supposed to be a guaranteed delivery date as atated on their website, usually customer has to pay extra for this) delayed again. If it's an issue at the warehouse then this needs to be sorted, if it's a courier issue they need to take this up with the courier or change the courier as I can see this is a common complaint.

Ben, the man who served us and took our Rug order, was efficient, helpful, and polite. It made our visit!

Terrible experience with this company, never again.

Any Dunelm customer buying big items like sofa’s, wardrobes, etc., be warned. At the last minute, during the delivery service they will probably let you down. They will drop the order at your front door and tell you they will deliver no further. I am 62 year old man and was left with 10 VERY HEAVY boxes and told the delivery team can refuse any part of the delivery processes. Imagine an 82 year old granny been left with a sofa at the entrance of her apartment block. Shoddy service!!!

I just spent more than £1,500 on some initial furniture for my new home and still need to spend more to completely furnish the place, but will never use Dunelm, ever again. This order was just part of my needs for my new home and Dunelem will not get another penny from me.

Delivery was requested and on arrival they said they will only deliver to the front door and not prepared to take the assembly boxes to my apartment on the 1st floor. Wayne (from Dunelm), tried to help where he could by the driver just down right refused. As a 62-year-old man I had to take up a 2 x 60kg boxes, along with 8 other boxes ranging from 40kgs to 35 kgs, thank goodness I had a friend around. I called the call centre who was less helpful and said the delivery team can refuse to deliver to the apartment.

As part of my moving, I brought all of my appliances from ao.com and in their order process, they ask how many stairs are there, if there are lifts, etc., and plan accordingly, their team carried up a very heavy washing machine, as it was part of their service.

I have moved intercity, intercontinent and cross continents and never had this happen to me. Disgusting.

Anyway, warning any potential customers that you will likely be left stranded with your delivery when the Dunelm team feel that customer service is not high on their list.

FYI Dunelm refused to post this comment on their website review, saying this review is about product. I think that customers need to know that their will probably be issues with the delivery of the product.

Do not order from this company! They have messed up delivery twice, with missing parts. Both times have given me delivery time slots the day before, to be then told on the day, that there are parts missing! Ordered a child’s bunk bed, not acceptable! Been waiting over a week for this bunk bed. To now be told they can’t find the missing part, in the end had to return. Have to wait another week for collection of part the of the order and another week after collection for a refund! Will not be recommending Dunelm Mill! Appalling customer service

Great choice of items at reasonable prices. Always find what I need at Dunelm and delivery is fast.

Ordered wallpaper online, search engine on site for Bouquet Floral wallpaper. On receiving my acknowledgement it states Bouquet Floral Luxe. On reviewing this it turns out it’s blue and I want pink.
Site changed from standard Bouquet floral to Luxe.
No idea why, spoke to a lovely lady Louise who is going to try to stop delivery and has issued me with a £15% code to reorder as it has since gone up in the couple of days since first ordered. However this still doesn’t bring it to my original payment. As Dunelm don’t do 20% codes I have to pay more this time. I tried ringing back customer service this time getting a man who seemed to be very abrupt and proceeded to cut me off. Not a happy bunny

My delivery was undelivered at the last minute. I ordered a surprise gift for my sisters 80th birthday, but was very disappointed that it wasn’t delivered as promised! Not even a text to explain.i had to track it myself to find that they wouldn’t be delivering it due to a “data error” whatever that might be!?

Great delivery kept abreast of time and delivered expertly and as promised. Thank you. Haven't opened the box with sofa as yet (waiting for flooring to be done first but I have seen all the reviews and all positive so am hoping for the same experience.

Making an order was simple, prices were fair, including shipping costs. What made Dunelm stand out for me was that when they were informed by the shipping company that the delivery was going to be delayed, Dunelm immediately refunded me my shipping costs and notified me of the delay.
When I was fitting the item, I found that it had been damaged in transit. I contacted their customer services via the webchat, the agent was pleasant and once I told her it was damaged she immediately offered a full refund or a replacement free of charge. I asked for a replacement and it arrived quickly and in perfect condition.
I am impressed with their proactive approach to the delivery delay and their problem free replacement of the damaged item. Will definitely go to Dunelm again.

I ordered cushions on line, they were delivered three days later which I considered 5 star service.
