Order No's: 10142738 and 10142739 from DMO.
On the 4th May last I ordered two lots from DMO, No's: 10142738 and 10142739. I received order 10142738 on the 21st May, I had contacted you by phone requesting both orders be delivered before that date as they were for a birthday present that weekend. I was assured that both orders were in the post! Order No. 10142739 still has not arrived. I sent two emails to DMO on the 28th May and again on the 31st May enquiring about the non-delivery of this order but did not even get the courtesy of a reply. It seems I should have listened to advice and not dealt with DMO.

Great service, great proof silver & Gold medals & collections
I have buying off the Dublin mint office for a long while now and I have built up not just collections but also great friendships with most of the staff, if I get a coin or medal and want to return it, it’s no problem, they send a return slip and you just post it back with no obligation, I don’t get hassled into buying what I don’t want.they don’t send out medals / coins I didn’t order, I have bought over 100 medals in single’s & collections and every medal / coin I get is made to the highest proof quality, when I phone the DMO , my call is answered within 30 seconds, the staff like Niamh, Gwen, Shannon ,, Ashley etc are just so helpful, kind, and caring, I can’t thank them enough, I’ll be buying of the DMO for many yrs to come and I can’t wait to continue to add to my collections, I buy from a few mints around the world but the DMO is top of the class,

I ordered a free coin from this company after a recommendation from a friend. The company I then found out have a history of delivering coin stock to people & invoicing them for it without explicit consent of the recipient. I didn't' sign up for a subscription service but was presented with a contract after my 1st order of the "free" coin. I was then told it'd take 30 days to close my account with them. I've since started receiving emails looking for the payment of the shipment of the "free" coin despite having entered this information when placing the order (like all other online stores)
It's important to note that this company is in no way an official Irish mint despite their branding, it's a private company based in the UK currently getting a lot of bad publicity for allegedly defrauding the elderly for thousands of euros.
