Martin, we are sorry to hear about how you feel. We have reviewed your order and one of our support staffs tried to contact you but went to voicemail. We then sent you an email, providing you with a detailed instruction on how to set up the drone. As there was no response to our call and email, we assumed you had resolved the issue. Upon your feedback, we have tried to contact you and there is no response.
We aspire to provide a phenomenal customer service, therefore we will love to hear from you. Please call us on 0800 832 1174. Hope this experience does not stop you from considering us in the future. We apologise for any inconvenience you have experienced and hope to serve you better in the future.
More than just another 'online shopping company'.
Seamless transaction, with genuine caring customer service.
I had done a lot of research on which drone to buy and who to buy it from, and after a few days, I found myself more and more on the Dronescend website.
Thoroughly informative, impartial and honest. Not only that, they offer the 60 day money back guarantee.
What did amaze me, was after I completed my purchase online, I got a call an hour or so later, just confirming the order placed, which reassured me I bought from a company with not only passion for their product, but compassion for the buyers. Highly recommend.

Great quality for cheap price
Drone itself is great quality for this price although the instruction should include more informations (e.g. cd with depth explanation of each part of the control remote, step by step usage of starting/landing etc) order to understand how to control the drone. The camera is great as the videos and photos are very high quality

A pleasant purchase 10/10
Wanted a drone googled the model I wanted and up popped drone scend, they had excellent reviews (ignore that silly woman giving them 1 star as if that was their fault she never received notification of delivery, probz never put the her mobile number in correctly or email because I had numerous emails/text messages when my delivery was on its way etc) absolute faultless purchase, even had a call from a very nice young man confirming my order etc would highly recommended 10/10
