Lee, thank you for your review of the Holy Stone HS720 drone. Sorry to hear that you faced some challenges during your flight. Signal interference can occur when flying in locations with really tall building or even an oil rig site. One of the ways you can reduce interference is to calibrate your compass in an environment free from drone magnetic interference [e.g. an open field].
We aspire to provide a phenomenal customer service and we are always happy to hear from our customers. We have reviewed your order but do not have a record of you contacting us. In the future, if you need assistance with your drone, please feel free to contact us.
