That is stressful. Incident of car trouble. Not exactly sure what to do. How to do it when? How much in a financial rep is able to get another vehicle and trade in my old vehicle and it was a smooth transition. The energy felt good. There was no chaos and I was able to rest my nervous system. Highly recommend.

Excellent service from Parker Fruenze at the Chandler location, highly knowledgeable and earnest salesperson with no shady tactics. Reccomended a car I wouldnt have chosen, but that ended up being a perfect fit.

They are a bait and switch outfit. Their advertisements tell you that you set your downpayment to determine your price or visa versa. Their website takes your application with your downpayment. When you get there, they don't tell you the actual loan length. We went through the whole process and they demanded a downpayment 3k over the 7k I was planning. The payment would have been affordable at the 7k downpayment. I was only financing about 5k. The sales person pretended not to know what downpayment I was looking for but she already had a different vehicle with a downpayment about at my target ready to show me at another location. I pointed out that they lured me in by telling me I was approved for that downpayment amount and vehicle with all my info already entered just to then change numbers and suggest something else once I got there. The GM agreed it was a bait and switch and offered no real solution aside from agreeing that I should post online about it.

Purchased a car for the first time from this company and it was not good. After having the car 3 weeks it started making sneaking noises from the right rear if the vehicle. I contacted drive time and they sent me to 2 places for repairs and then my car was fixed on the opposite side of where the problem was. I called back to drivetime and got the run around and nasty service from the manager. Please don't purchase from this company. They are selling junk cars that look good! THEY USE A WARRANTY COMPANT THAT WORKS WITH THEM TO SEEL JUNK CARS AND THEN REFUSE TO REPAIR THEM WHEN YOU TAKE IT TO A SHOP. THEY LITERALLY SELL THESE CARS KNOWING THAT THEY NEED MAJOR REPAIRS. THE WARRANTY COMPANY REFUSED TO REPAIR MY VEHICLE ON THE SIDE THAT WAS DAMAGED AND ONLY WANTED TO REPAIR WHAT WASN'T WRONG. AFTER CONTACTING DRIVETIME THEY HAVE BECOME VERY RUDE AND WILL NOT EVEN TRY TO REPAIR IT! THIS WORLD IS FULL OF UNHONEST PEOPLE! DRIVETIME IS ONE OF THEM. THEY TELL ME TO CONTACT THEM BUT, THEY ARE STILL RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND STILL NOT WILLING TO LISTEN TO MY CONCERNS.

I would not recommend this company based on my experience. I purchased a vehicle from them only to discover that the engine had apparently been replaced without proper documentation or disclosure. Now I’m left with a car that doesn’t run, approximately $6,000 still owed on the vehicle, and another $6,000 in estimated repair costs.

This has been an incredibly frustrating and costly experience. I feel misled about the condition and history of the vehicle, and I’m the one left dealing with the financial consequences. I expected honesty and transparency when making such a major purchase, but that is not what I experienced.

I strongly encourage anyone considering buying from this company to do their homework, get an independent mechanical inspection, and verify the vehicle’s history before signing anything. Based on my experience, I would not do business with them again.

Mr.Banks was very helpful in every way possible, he took time and was extremely patient with me, I'm not very good with cellphone technology, but he help me step-by-step ( he's at the Jefferson Ave Drive time)he even tried to show me how to download my payments with Bridgecrest,he's a great guy ,I don't know if it was because it's his job or he's just that type of person 😀 love my vehicle.

We came all the way from Jax to look at a car and she made sure it'd still be there when we arrived, she was so patient and helpful, answered all of my questions throughout the whole process and made sure I was happy with the car I chose! Couldn't thank you or recommend y'all enough! The other woman in office was sweet and friendly too!

Bought a car got almost home it started stutter like it was going to shut off just for the engine light to come on. Took it back the next day got an another vehicle get home parked. Next morning got up to run done errands truck wouldn’t start. Called AAA the cane and jumped the vehicle just to find out the battery was from another vehicle the battery was so small you knew that it didn’t belong because of the battery space. That small battery isn’t for a Kia sorento. Have to do better. But the sales person Mario was very patience and helpful throughout the process and answered questions that I asked.

The person that helped us was awesome. Did what he could to get me into a car? Very well, appreciated, very respectful, very honest it worked as butt off for me. And my husband

My ride was stolen on Wednesday. Thursday I went online to drivetime and located a vehicle, selected financing. I talked to Kalani on the phone and made an appointment for Friday. I had to Uber there. where I met Kalani, who was awesome! He got me the car, and the financing I required and out the door in 2.5 hours! Not only that but he explained the process, completely showed me the vehicle, and got me warranties that made the purchase perfect! He literally turned a very negative-stressful week into a great positive. My only regret was I was very stressed and not in a great mood, which I am sure he felt. But 2.5 hours later I was smiling. He was more than patient with me, even loaned me a phone charger. It is now a few days later and I still happy with the purchase
