Vastaus yritykseltä Driverso
Dear Barbara,
Thank you for the feedback, we are sorry to hear we did not meet your expectations.
After your cancellation, we issued a full refund in accordance with our policy and the actual lead time does not solely depend on us, but on the bank processing the transaction. We sent you the refund receipt as a proof of the repayment being issued. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need further assistance. We also wanted to let you know that all our reviews are genuine and that we hope we will be of service to you again in the future.
Best regards,
