Terrible company to hire from
Terrible company to hire from. £1500 deposit for a start when other companies are £200 mostly.
So i didn't get hired van because the machine couldn't take my £1 card payment for fines or parking tickets, tried enter two cards but machine wasn't taking them so was denied van but it took contacless payment ok £189 and also £105 for daily charge which you get if dont pay £1500 deposit..shocking. anyway dont refunding my full payment. Horrible customer service from arooj in the london branch kept interrupting me. Definitely avoid this company.

Not impressive with the customer care
The representative at the Glasgow Downtown( it is not in the city - the pin point location provided by rental cars is incorrect) was arrogant and very very unhelpful. The car was poor quality with many bashes in the bodywork. The representative at Aberdeen was excellent and detailed how we could have saved money, after not having a credit card on collection of the car. The Glasgow representative did not give us any options.

Kenny and Gary were really helpful and nice! drivalia was such a smooth check in process, they had good options, and the drop off was under a minute. we actually ended up lucking out and getting a new car which was a nice bonus. made our trip to scotland that much easier. would highly recommend drivalia

Méfiance envers l'agence DRIVALIA au 130 Laidlaw street à Glasgow
J'ai loué une voiture à l'agence DRIVALIA à Glasgow (130 Laidlaw street). Le responsable a fait le tour de la voiture avec nous sur la partie carrosserie et roues seulement. Quelques jours après, ma femme a remarqué une petite fissure sur la pare-brise, croyant que c'est sans importance. Ensuite, cette fissure ne cesse de s'allonger pour atteindre 40 cm ! Nous avons perdu 10h de notre temps pour aller à Aberdeen airport afin de changer de véhicule. On nous a facturé 1533 € pour la fissure qui n'est pas de notre faute ! Quand on a finalement rendu la 2eme voiture à Glasgow, le responsable m'a fait payer 60 pounds car il a constaté sur une brochure laissée dans la voiture qu'on est allé sur l'île Harris & Lewis ! C'est soi disant la règle de DRIVALIA écrite en tout petits caractère que Booking ne nous a pas signalé. Cette agence DRIVALIA au 130 Laidlaw street Glasgow n'est pas professionnelle (manquement dans le processus de vérification du véhicule lors de la livraison) et a une attitude qui frise l'arnaque.

I was phoned on Wednesday as the…
I was phoned on Wednesday as the Scottish run was on and I was advised that I’d need to pick up the van in paisley. 5 miles further but I was moving house so that was no issue. I was then phoned by the manager on the day of the move and told the van was cancelled. He advised that the staff member on Wednesday said it was “maybe” available. Left me stranded, would never use again.

Well...we had a medical emergency requiring my husband to be in Glasgow hospital and Drivalia we're extremely comforting and flexible with our car rental needs. Due to unexpected delays, I was greeted by Gary and crew not only with a very friendly and empathetic welcome, but also an unexpected upgrade which was absolutely wonderful. We didn't do the exploring we intended due to Storm Amy approaching, but the car was great. No complaints.
I would absolutely recommend using Drivalia in Glasgow Central!
