They know how to take your moneys
Worst experience ever. Giving 1 star because I cannot give zero. We asked for a car and when we arrived they gave us an older and smaller car saying that they will refund the difference at the end. They charged us the full deposit (1500£) for a small damage that a camper van made reversing into us. They don’t chase other insurances for damages made by third parts. That’s why I am asking to myself what’s their job then? What’s the standard coverage made for if you have to give the entire deposit even if you don’t have any fault? BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU RENT CARS WITH THEM BECAUSE THEY REALLY KNOW HOW TO MAKE YOU SPEND LOADS OF MONEY.

Excellent service !
Shuttle driver collected me within 5 mins of calling the number. Less than 5 mins drive to collect car. Gary on the desk was great explained everything really well, super friendly and professional and the speedy check in worked great too where I was able to upload all my documents quickly.

Asked to pay £2500 excess which can take upto 28 days to refund or £160 or £200 pound excess waiver which was non refundable…
How many people have £2500 in their bank account these days..
Of course you’re at their offsite centre with a take it or leave it option.
I left the £2500 deposit as I drive slow and safe, but none of this was in the pre booking, it looks opportunistic…

Rented a car from Drivalia at Glasgow…
Rented a car from Drivalia at Glasgow airport. The pick up service was very efficient and smooth. I had a tight return schedule to catch a flight at0850 with the office opening at 0800.
The staff member turned up early checked the car in and then drove me to the airport, all before 0800. Such friendly, efficient service is so rare from car rental companies. Thank you so much and I have no hesitation in recommending Drivalia.
