After having a nightmare with an oline company and receiving a bed not worthy of my dog to sleep on. Myself and my husband visited Dreams, we were greeted by Andy- if you need a new mattress this is your go to man. He was fab, friendly, knowledgeable and just an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Andy listened and sympathised with our situation and did everything in his power to help solve our problem. We left dreams extremely happy and it has restored our faith after a disastrous online purchase. I will never make that mistake again and will be 100% returning to dreams and andy for any future purchases

Dreams
The staff were very helpful at Dreams Newcastle under Lyme when my daughter needed a new bed went out of their way to help. The bed arrived in the worst weather hats off to the delivery guys as in bad snow they still came to deliver the bed. Bit tricky to put together but we got there. Well done Dreams

Expert knowledge of product and friendly staff
Dina, the sales assistant, was really friendly, knowledgeable and did not rush us. The shop had all the different mattresses we wanted to try and we were very satisfied with our purchase and service.

We went to the Stoke Branch by the MFI Roundabout. Met a lady there called Jac. She was honest, made me and my husband feel comfortable right off the bat, I had my 2 kids with me and she built an amazing rapport with them as well, if anyone was going to make me feel comfortable dropping a grand on a mattress I'm glad it was her. Side note, she's hilarious. She's leaving the branch soon and going to Crewe instead, so be sure to get your sleep apparatus from her there soon!! A real credit to Dreams.

Dreams Prescot Gold mattress.
Everything seems ok after a couple of weeks though not as soft as I thought it was going to be after trying out in our wonderful Hanley 'Dreams' branch.Dreams Hanley (Jane,sales lady'was excellent in showings the beds on offer.We spent over an hour in the showroom which was a very pleasant experience for my wife and I.Mattress quality was excellent.I feel sure in the next few weeks my concerns for a softer mattress will manifest itself.

Very helpful sales person when ordering at Stoke Dreams. Plenty of product choice. Various payment options. Great communication regarding delivery date.
