We weren't told that the material was cooling. We find it too cool especially on our feet. We have had to use our original topper to nullify the coolness.
Also we didn't realise how quickly the surface would become dented by hip pressure. This was obvious after the first night!
UPDATE
We were pleased with the response from Kishan at Dreams and the offer to replace one or both mattresses we bought. We are still deciding whether to take up the offer.

Great sales team found what we required within our budget, listened to what we needed with no hard selling tactics so their knowledgable pleasant manner was rewarded. The young lady sales assistant had started work at Dreams that week and was a delightful person, assisted by the manager. We took our time choosing, bought two beds, they are so comfortable

Went into Dreams Oldham store with my son. The staff were all eating food at the desks the shop stunk of greasy chicken. All the staff and the manageress sat there stuffing their face. It was disgusting

Excellent knowledgeable sales staff. The machine calculating height weight etc. is superb. A very uplifting experience from beginning to receiving my perfect mattress.

All the staff at Dreams were friendly, Alex was the colleague that helped me from my first visit when I didn't know what I wanted to ordering my new bed. He was able to answer all my questions and helped me pick the best bed base that would fit.
