A great nights sleep
We were helped in our choice of mattress by the salesman.
The machine we went on to find the correct mattress type.
the selection was vast and to be honest finding the right one was not that easy.

Everyone was friendly they found me a great deal will definitely go back when I need a bed again

The bed was great and they can’t do enough for you when you are buying all the extras and insurances etc but trying to get a charge on account for mattress disposal that wasn’t needed is turning into a joke. About 5 calls to different people the delivery drivers saying they could get it removed and emails and still can’t get it taken off. I feel very disappointed as I was pleaded with to write a review which I did twice but nobody wants to solve this minor issue

I reported issues with my delivery, including unreported damage to a shelf in our bedroom.
It took 7 days to get a response to my issues.
I then replied twice by e-mail, with no response.
I finally got a response 8 days later
(after chasing, again).
Today I received a credit into my bank, but only for part of the claim
Unbelievably poor in terms of responses & time frames.
It's now almost a month since my delivery & I'm still waiting for a £75 credit😡😡😡
Great service in store, but as soon as you have issues, they just refer you to customer services, whose response is poor to say the least!!!!!
If there was a zero option for customer services, that's what I would have put!!!!

When we first entered the store (elk mill) we where greeted by Kathryn who asked us what it is we where looking for. We explained we where moving house and needed a mattress for our new bed that we also got from Dreams. She explained how there are different mattresses for different needs and ones with different qualities etc. We didn't know which type of mattress we where looking for so she advised we use the sleep match machine. She took all our details down and then explained how it worked. Once it came up with our results she provided us with a pillow and took us round to look at the matresses it suggested. She explained each one in great detail and we never felt pressured or influenced to go with one mattress over another. She offered us a drink while we decided over which we preferred and then once we made a decision we went to complete the payment. She was very thorough in going through all the t&c and explaining everything to us. And was very fast and efficient at processing everything. Me and my partner are very happy with the service we received and can't wait for the mattress to arrive!

Great experience from dreams from choosing the bed and right mattress. I suffer with osteoarthritis and the new bed and mattress have made a big difference

so happy with my new bed.. the guys that delivered it came on time, phoned me to let me know they were on their way… they were 3 very nice guys, no delay in putting the bed up and fitting it, let me check it over once finished.. took all rubbish away ..

The team at Dreams Elk Mill, Oldham helped me choose a bed frame mattress. They were incredibly flexible at storing the bed and mattress for me until I had moved into my new home. The drivers delivered and built the bed and took away all the packaging. I was very pleased with the overall experience.

Decided to go to Dreams after seeing the sale on tv! Was greeted on arrival by a young salesman called Harry ! We explained to him what we were looking for and a price range! We then were tested on a computerised mattress for our specific requirements! He then took us to see the selected mattresses! He was very good and didn’t pressure us and gave us time to decide what we wanted! We decided on a product and took advantage of the 0% finance ! The delivery date was set and on the days leading up to delivery we had very good communication with the company! On arrival everything was done quickly and professionally! All in all a good experience! Mattress very comfortable!

When I walked into the dreams store a member of staff came over and introduced herself, she was very informative when I found the bed that I was looking for she made the whole process very quick and easy. I was very impressed that I got free delivery and they even assembled the bed as well all I can say is well done dreams I will definitely 100% Shop at your store again 😃

We purchased a divan bed set and pillows from Dreams which was delivered on the 15th January 2025. We went into the local Dreams shop at Elk Mill Oldham. They welcomed us with smiles, introducing themselves and left us to browse until we were ready to ask for help and advice. Susan the main person who assisted us in our purchase was so lovely, she couldn't do enough for us. We felt comfortable with our choices and the whole procedure was dealt with in a professional manner and she listened to all our needs to help us make a purchase. She explained about the extra services which we could have at a small cost. We opted for delivery, assembly in our room of choice, removal of our old mattress, as the base was being used elsewhere that was not included in removal. She gave us a choice of delivery dates. The people who were delivering it contacted me the day before with the time slot and on the day rang me before 10.00am to confirm this was still going ahead. The delivery men were great, so polite, put covers over their footwear on entering the house. They erected everything and removed the old mattress as arranged. They didn't leave until we checked everything looked okay and removed all paper/plastic waste as well. It was such a relief that they did all this as we could not have managed this on our own. They also explained about airing the mattress and rotating it as shown in the information that came with the bed. Every part of the process was helped by keeping me updated via emails, phone calls and text messages.
At this present moment in time we have no concerns about the choice of bed and pillows we made. We are so pleased with the service we received from everyone at Dreams, a company in our opinion that does show genuine customer care . Well done and thank you to you all.

We were very grateful for Susan at the Oldham Branch as she was very attentive when asked and yet left us alone to reconsider our options and allowing us to try them out several times. No pressure at all from her during our visit which we very much appreciated. Despite the test bed showing us both requiring different types of mattress, we were shown our best options and when narrowed down to two, Susan directed us to the perfect solution and at a great price after discounts. A credit to the company there in Oldham Dreams.

Really helpful and knowledgeable member of staff. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he went to great lengths to answer my questions.
