Drayton by Schneider Electric Arvostelua 

Have found the Drayton Wiser heating controls way better than any other product currently available as the have proved to be exceptionally easy to install and set up. The ability to properly control the heating in each room and space around the house has greatly enhanced both comfort and economy. Other systems we have used whilst controlling and limiting the heating in a room would not provide additional heat for that space with a boiler switch on when heat was required to tended to overheat others spaces. The Wider support team are always on hand with quick knowledgeable support and very fast responses - a rare experience these days.

I spoke to Karen about replacement TRV valves which I could not find on Drayton's website. She quickly identified my needs and advised me where I could source them. To reassure me I would be ordering the correct items I forwarded her photographs of my installation and she responded quickly with confirmation of part descriptors.

The team behind the product were extremely obliging and gave great support.

Honeywell....& ....Tado...
Finally tried Drayton...yep it works...you may have minor issues at first, but it still comes through...

One major backup...tech support is....good.....not too sure about weekends support...
may be a minor problem in winter..when you need the satisfaction of it working...

I had intermittent problems for 4 days and the support team guided me through every stage calmly and clearly.

It was so easy to replace our old controls but it also came with support which was and very reassuring.

I had difficulty installing the new Hub 2 from Wiser.

Not normal for this quality of service, above and beyond the call of duty

After due research, I settled on a Drayton Wiser Kit 1 as I only wanted a simple heating smart control for my 3-bed bungalow. The first kit, hugely discounted, didn't work. I contacted the technical department and got through to a real person straight away. He informed me that the controller I'd bought was old stock and faulty. I got a second from a more reputable source (Screwfix) and this connected ok but I'd wired it slightly wrongly after misinterpreting the instructions (including a link between the incoming live and the common terminal to the boiler stat. input). The technical team spotted my error straight away (apparently the link is required only with a single wire set-up to the boiler). If I was to be picky, I would say that the function of the link was not properly explained, hence my error. But all-in-all 10/10!

I changed my WiFi provider and couldn’t figure out how to reconnect to the wiser hub so called the tech support line……wow, about five rings and a real live person answered, there’s more, he knew how to fix my system and had such endless patience until there it was, a week wasted fiddling about, done in ten minutes

I have recently moved house and encountered a very odd faukt with the CH system which came on when the timer was at OFF position i assumed this might be the Drayton timer amongst other possible errors
With help on line i was able to eliminate the Programmer and my plumber found a wrongly designed and fitted spur radaiator

More comfortable. Heating goes off at 8.30pm now, on again 7am - but that can be cancelled via my phone, if it is warm enough.

What a breath of fresh air this company is ! I purchased a wireless heating control system 3 years ago from screwfix which has been flawless, I’ve added extra radiator valves with ease and am very impressed with the value for money.
My boiler controller stopped working and the technical help over the phone was great. Unfortunately water had got into the unit as it had been installed below the boiler and I needed the replacement. Dryton were able to advise replacement part and cost, which I was able to get the same day from screwfix, very happy with the product and customer service

I had a tech issue and Karen at customer services replied quickly and explained how to resolve with very easy to understand instructions.

Just had great customer service from Drayton Wiser support. When I installed the HubR gen2 upgrade they talked me through it, and today I needed help with reconnecting to a new router, no problem. All good and easy to contact on the phone. Been with Wiser over 4 years, highly recommended.

I had two contacts with the company and both were excellent and got my problem solved. They really knew their stuff!
