Drake's Arvostelua

Everything was great, servive, shipping, product

I have been buying Drake's as my exclusive clothing brand for about 8 years now, all from website. Multiple orders, complete satisfaction all around. In the very few cases where I have had to contact customer service, the staff was courteous, helpful, and expeditious. Today I placed an order and emailed asking for prompt dispatching and communication from Amber was immediate and they executed. Within an hour the items were all shipped with tracking. That was amazing.

Nice people, good delivery

I would like to thank Ruben very much for his always precise help and his involvement. Person always very cordial and who answers very quickly. The service is always perfect. Thanks again Reuben.

Fast and efficient sizing help from Ruben on a number of garms over last couple of weeks 👌🏽

I needed assistant to return 2 ties to Store in the UK for my boss. Ruben from Customer return was able to assist us with return. Much appreciated the support from the Team and Ruben

Amber was superb and very prompt. Helped resolve an issue with fabrics and timely delivery.

Love drakes but the website inventory status definitely needs to be improved. My order was cancelled twice during the past couple of months because the website was not showing real-time inventory status.

Great products, you feel the overall quality and it’s also played in the details and the British cut.

The experience was brilliant all thanks to Barrington at the Saville Row store

Excellent products and superb after-sales support

Drakes always provides an excellent, informed and timely service whether in-store or online. If you have a particular question, a simple email enquiry will receive a swift response. In that regard, I obtained a very helpful response today from Ruben. Following the advice received, I duly placed my order.

Before experiencing Drake's, I had no idea why fashion was so important to men. After experiencing Drake's, I realized why fashion is important to men, and I came to work as a very witty and smart manager at the company. A man wearing a drake's in Korea is like a very unique gentleman. I hope more korean guys need to experience Drake's. Because I'm sure this experience creates a good confidence.

The shipping was fast, the product was gorgeous and high quality and, when I needed to exchange for a different size, the support team was helpful, proactive, and accommodating.
