Drake's Arvostelua

My Jean Jacket arrived a day earlier than expected.
It showed up in a very classy box too.
I tried the Jacket on and the fit is perfect !!!
After a close inspection I realized the quality of the workmanship in the making of this Jean Jacket.
It is without a doubt the best one every made.
Thank YOU so much Drake's Team

After emailing Drakes for replacement buttons on my Black Watch work shirt, Amber at Drakes responded quickly to my email & is now sending on replacements by courier free of charge (I had offered to pay) so I can back to wearing one of my faves - great customer service - thanks Amber!

Fast delivery. Very professionnal!

second purchase from dan at drakes and was impressed both times he was courteous informative and efficient nothing was too much trouble he is a credit to drakes quality customer service thanks dan mr and mrs pender 6-1-24

Great products and great quality. Fast delivery. Shopped many times and will order again for sure. But, please consider having a gift wrapping option in the future. A brand such as Drake's cannot ship products in a simple tissue paper when you specifically request gift wrapping by email, especially during Christmas. You must elevate the shopping experience when you put some much efforts at being a leading luxury brand. The little brochure that is included is not enough.
Again, love everything you do but that really surprised me, thus the comment.

Excellent service. Excellent clothes

I have had fantastic customer service from Drake’s. I accidentally selected the wrong size and the team was so helpful in coordinating a return. Clothing is exquisite from top notch materials to exceptional craftsmanship.

My favourite brand, my favourite shop, but mostly my favourite team! Absolutely impeccable customer service and always super caring and helpful and attentive with their customers! Love you guys! ♥️

As always fantastic quality, well packaged and speedy delivery. Thank you Drakes for making such great clothing.

Perfect products and a customer support that goes beyond the best standard of customer interaction. Just perfect.

It seems like ‘customer service’ was left out of Drake’s business model. I received a defective product and just a simple exchange would have suffice and that’s not even included in your customer service.

Rapid delivery, properly packaged.

Can’t fault it

Great product, fast shipping to CH! Cheers

I live in Munich Germany, so being able to buy online the style I like the most is always a great experience. Transactions are easy given the great lay out of the products at drakes.com and the shipment of items is swift (even through post Brexit...). Keep up the great work! Best, Charles

Drake's knitwear is so amazing, as is their customer service.

These cardigans are my favorite knit wear in the world. The quality is excellent and the delivery very fast.
