DPH Removals&Storage Arvostelua

Excellent efficient service from first contact to the actual move date. After we had booked the completion on new property was changed and rebooking over the bank holiday meant there was a long gap between collection of our contents and delivery. But all went well and all the guys were friendly and professional.

Definitely recommend to anyone I come across who is moving house.

Adele is an excellent first point of contact. She is friendly, helpful and efficient. She arrived exactly on time to do the quotation visit, talked me through the process and sent the quote, which was very reasonable, the same day. On the day of the move, the removal team arrived on time and didn't complain at all about the lack of proper parking for the 2 vans or that there was no lift. Nothing was too much trouble. At the new property, they did a full unpack quickly and efficiently, even setting up the tv and making the bed. I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough.

Everything from the quote to the actual removal was very professional and very, very friendly. Everybody I dealt with treated me with courtesy and the whole experience was as painless as a move can be. I would recommend this firm without hesitation.

What an excellent company from the first phone call to day they delivered my furniture. The people who came were very helpful and considerate being on my own I felt very comfortable with them. The office staff were very patient with me with the problems I was having and in the end they had only one week notice to move me many thanks

Excellent service from Adele and her team from start to finish. Very professional service, nothing was to much trouble. I would certainly recommend to friends and family .

Absolutely perfect. I can not recommend this company enough. The service from my initial enquiry to the last box being brought in on moving day was excellent. Really friendly team that are a credit to the company. Thank you

Would recommend the company to anybody, the removal men were excellent very efficient very helpful and polite.

I had been looking for a removal company in my area but most reviews were not very good, then I was recommended DPH removals by a neighbor that gave them 10 out of 10, so I contacted them, spoke to the boss who arrange someone to come out to survey my move, within a couple of hours I had received a quote which I was happy with and went ahead and book them. On the day of moving a very smart clean removal lorry arrived well on time, three removers all well presented in DPH uniforms, these guys were so polite, worked hard, wrapped everything really well, at my new home everything was placed in the correct locations with great care and in a very timely manner. I was recommended them 10 out of ten and I would also recommend them 10 out of 10 this is a great removal company. Thank you.

From day 1 all employees made the removal stress free.
Very professional and friendly. An added complication in moving to Ireland with Customs, which they handled for us. Would not use any other company if still living in
Uk.Would highly reccommend .

I was truly dreading moving from my family home after 44 years , but the efficiency and good humour of this team made it - almost - a pleasure. I'm so glad I used this firm.

From start to finish the teams worked with energy & professionalism. They were polite & pleasant in manner. The packing was carried out quickly & efficiently as was the loading and unloading. I cannot praise them highly enough. They made what could have been a stressful couple of days for me a walk in the park.

Arrived on time very friendly and efficient team work. I have had my furniture stored but when I| do evential need it delivered I am sure there will be no issues. Because I was going to be travelling a distance I left them to finish and lock up and that was no problem. Would recommend them.

Arrived on time, friendly people worked hard so thank you and we would recommend them to others.

Outstanding company - excellent customer service pre move and during
Fabulous removal team - courteous, efficient and professional
Would highly recommend

Takes the stress out of moving home. Great team, great service and we would definitely use them again.
Very useful pre-move information given by DPH to make the process so much easier.

We expected the move from Kent to Lincolnshire to be a nightmare, not at all, it’s hard to believe that they could pack a lorry so full with so much care, they packed it in so well we even had space to take some large plants in pots.
We would recommend DPH without hesitation.

My first time using DPH and I’m delighted. I needed some items to be moved into storage and when I explained the urgency, they were able to fit me in the next day, very early before their schedule for the day but I didn’t mind.
The guys were professional, friendly and very tidy. No time wasted standing around. I couldn’t believe how efficiently they moved those boxes. They were kind enough to help me separate some other boxes that weren’t being moved so I could sort them out.
The service was quick and thankfully affordable. The communication is first class mostly by email. But I got a call when I didn’t respond to an email just to clarify everything.
I’d definitely use them again and I’ve already recommended them to my pastor who’s moving at the end of the month.
Thank you DPH for brilliant service.

Excellent service. Moved my mum from Lincolnshire to Kent. All her things arrived safely. The 2 men were friendly, helpful and very efficient. Fantastic value for money and I would thoroughly recommend using this company.

Excellent service from clear communications, fair pricing and amazing service on the day of removals. The 4 men doing my removals were so pleasant, polite, courteous and so very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I was so nervous about moving day, but I need not have worried, these guys made it look so simple and I was a bit of a spare part. I would definitely recommend to use this company took all the stress and hassle out of the picture on removals day.

Excellent service from Darryl and his team. Used them for moving house from Yorkshire to Lincolnshire, very good from getting the quote to unloading at the new house. Very friendly staff and extremely careful and considerate. Would highly recommend DPH removals!
