DPH Removals&Storage Arvostelua

This is the second time I have used DPH Removals, and they just keep on exceeding my expectations. They are quick, efficient and really great people to deal with, I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone, Thank you to everyone involved.

From first contact, DPH Removals were professional, very helpful and very sympathetic and understanding about arranging my elderly fathers move from Lincolnshire to Cornwall. The survey was thorough and the price offered was very competitive. The packing was done without breakages and all items arrived without damage. The delivery team were excellent and very helpful with placing and moving furniture. Their vehicles are clearly well maintained and were well presented. Excellent throughout.

I was extremely pleased with the service provided by DPH Removals. From the initial contact and quote through to the last piece of furniture both on and off the lorry, the guys were very professional, careful and friendly with it. I would highly recommend DPH and their prices are very reasonable too.

An absolute masterclass in Removals. Excellent communication & effort to help us out & to achieve our moving date. Nothing was too much trouble & always cheerful. Will definitely use again & will be recommending to family & friends.

Anyone needing storage or removals should get in touch with DPH Removals because this company knows their stuff. From giving a quote to actual day of house move everything was looked after. It was the least stressful part of the whole process of selling my house & buying my new home. Nothing was too much trouble. I cannot recommend them enough they were brilliant. Thankyou DPH each & everyone of you.

Professional, efficient and helpful.
DPH removals were so helpful even when we changed things and made the experience of moving as stress free as possible. Thanks to everyone involved with the move.

Exceptional service. Removal guys were so efficient, very friendly. The admin team also on point with information and invoice links for payment. I would highly recommend this company for any removal needs. Cannot thank them enough for their high quality service.

We have been delighted with the care and attention we received from our initial enquiry to the actual day of removal. Nothing was too much trouble; we were only able to confirm our move the day before, but this wasn't a problem. The removal lorry arrived spot on time, and the three guys took time to lay down mats to protect our carpets before touring round the house to be advised what was staying put. No damage whatsoever was done to the house, and everything was removed within 3 hours, to go into storage. This experience was as pleasant as it possibly could be.

Excellent service all the way through the process. From the quotation, the preparation through to the actual removals everything was very professional and very well done.
Completed a house move which included a period of time for storage.

I was dreading moving it is such a stressful business & moving day being the 17th December didn’t help being so near Christmas but this lovely company made everything so easy, I can’t thank them enough & I would certainly recommend them as they were recommended to me, well done guys 👏

This company were brilliant from start to finish. They stepped in last minute when our other company went available. Would highly recommend and we will use them in the future.

Moving is stressful - it’s one of life’s great mysteries why conveyancing is, hands-down, one of the most frustrating and upsetting experiences in life. However what is NOT stressful is letting DPH do the removals side of it. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process. From the fab ladies in the office to the chaps with the lorries. We relocated from Yorkshire to Lincs and they also stored our stuff for nearly 3 months. I am wholeheartedly happy to recommend them. Thanks DPH!

Having recently reviewed this company due to disappointments we encountered and damage to our items, we received a rambling response pretty much blaming us for their bad practices. Yes , they did begrudgingly refund us the cost of a completely ruined brabantia kitchen bin , the other issues took another month to become apparent. Our freezer started leaking and we noticed damage to the casing. This had to be replaced. A new sofa was purchased. Kitchen cups and plates replaced because a whole box was broken. My iron had a crack in its casing . Their ‘ don’t look at us , look at them ‘ attitude hasn’t just been experienced by us but looking at their other reviews , there are several that say the same as we did. For example -
‘Your company moved us on the date we wanted, but there were a few things that got damaged during the move. We knew about wires that were pulled out of my mobility chair, which will not work now and there was slight damage to the top opening of a small chest freezer’
This was from another customer who received a rambling it’s your fault not ours reply from DPH.
these reviews are useful when deciding a company for such an important event like a house move.
If I had realised , I just wouldn’t have chosen this one !!

The company was so professional in all aspects of the job including arriving and delivering at the stated times. The 3 guys who undertook the move were so helpful, attentive and willing and ensured the move went according to plan. I would highly recommend this company

Excellent service from DPH on our move from Lincolnshire to North Yorkshire. Very professional and got to give a shout out to Kieran, Adi and Ben the guys who actually moved us, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

I highly recommend this company. They arrived on time and were professional, friendly and helpful. Everything was delivered efficiently and carefully, despite them having to carry it up 4 flights of stairs. They even went the extra mile levelling my wardrobe doors so they didn’t catch. The price was very reasonable too. I’m very happy with a job well done.

brilliant company very attentive , so helpful could not do enough for you
would absolutely recommend this company to use its been so easy with them.
thank you so much.

Great job, great guys, super happy.

DPH Removals were amazing, efficient, highly organised and friendly. My house move went exactly as planned thanks to them and my pianos in particular were moved with great care. I can’t thank them enough.

This was the second time that we used DPH for our house removals and they are consistently excellent. DPH we're calm, professional and able to adapt to a changing situation which resulted in short term storage and a rearranged delivery date. Darryl and his sons were friendly and hard working, nothing was too much trouble. They provided a personal service which is hard to find these days.Would highly recommend.
