Debbie did a fantastic job of handling sale and purchase whilst keeping us fully informed throughout the process. Sale of our house was proceeding well until quite late in the process where it became clear there were issues around the failure of original developer to discharge some planning conditions + our buyers solicitor being difficult. Debbie navigated through this and her skill and experience really paid off. Always answered questions promptly by email or phone, and explained things very clearly. Always felt our job was treated as a priority. I would certainly strongly recommend Debbie and would have no hesitation to hire her services again.

I appreciate the wonderful professionalism shown by the group particularly my assigned solicitor.

Couldn’t recommend DP Conveyancing enough - Full process was easy going and I was updated regularly via text messages and email. Danielle and Alaina especially were always so helpful whenever I had any queries. Will definitely use again in the future. Thank you.

Fantastic Debbie from dp conveyance did a great job all the way through the process

I was a first time buyer and chose DP conveyancing purely based on reviews. Sharon was my conveyancer as she was brilliant. Never had to chase her once and she was very thorough, prompt and made the whole process simple.

Wouldn't go anywhere else in the future.

Really friendly service, great communication and a wonderful house buying experience all round. Debbie and Lianne were awesome, thank you

I would thoroughly recommend DP Conveyancing for anyone buying or selling a house. Our conveyor, Debbie, was really thorough, efficient and had a great attention to detail, with excellent advice and support. In particular she was highly contactable and represented us very well when we had delays caused by other parties. We felt so well represented and in safe hands, which takes the strain away at a stressful time.

We would definitely recommend DP solicitors, Sharon and Amanda were extremely helpful for us as first time buyers. Any queries/help we needed they got straight back to us and explained every step of the process thoroughly.

Very fast responses every time we had a query and we’re fantastic at keeping us in the loop.
I’m what we were warned would be a stressful process, it was actually very smooth, couldn’t recommend DP enough

Excellent service throughout, very responsive to emails and phone calls and were great on completion day ensuring the transaction took place.

DP Conveyancing were recommended to us by our estate agents, and I cannot fault their service throughout our entire moving process. As first time buyers, the process of purchasing a house can be quite daunting. Debbie was in constant contact with us throughout the process, and was happy to respond to any questions or concerns we had. They were swift to respond to our emails and to provide us with updates, and they made the process a lot easier for us. I'll be recommending them to anyone I know who's looking to move in future.

Very efficient service, tbe track service is great to monitor progress. Very last minute we had a very tricky time with our sellers side to the point I didnt think we would complete on the allocated day but our solicitor- Debbie Taylor worked above and beyond. Im eternally grateful for all the hard work from Debbie. I cant recommend DP Conveyancers highly enough. Just marvellous 🤩

A long and what seemed to me as the seller to be a complicated transaction was completed with professionalism. Expert guidance throughout

DP are recommended

We had a super efficient service from DP Conveyancing, with all fees being made clear upfront and tracker to let us see progress. Instructions in emails were always clear, and responses very quick.

Fantastic service both selling and buying a property. The team are very efficient and helpful and you can easily track progression of your case in the online system. Special thanks to Danielle and Alaina who made our experience so much easier and stress free!

I would not hesitate work with DP Conveyancing again in the future, should the need ever arise. My appointed conveyancer, Marie, and her assistant, Steph, were extremely helpful and supportive in navigating our first home buying process experience. They were quick to get things moving and were on hand with support and guidance when we needed. Plus, the fee was extremely reasonable for the level of service we received! Thank you!

Very professional and committed, kept pestering our buyer's solicitor and gave us regular feedback.

Can’t recommend this conveyancer enough. Marie and her team went above and beyond to make sure that I knew what was going on throughout the whole process, which made everything much less stressful. After having a previous bad experience with a different conveyancer when attempting to buy my first home prior to this purchase which then fell through, I was really nervous about finding another conveyancer, but I was put at ease straight away with how much information they gave me up front and how organised they were. Their online portal is super helpful for being kept updated also which was a really handy bonus to have. Will certainly be using them again in the future if/when needed ☺️

Elaina has been incredibly helpful and responsive to my inquiries. From the start, she addressed my questions promptly and with a level of clarity that exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Elaina for her exceptional service and commendable commitment to customer satisfaction. Thank you, Elaina, for setting a high standard in customer support!
