Debbie was great and quick a getting things moving for us, she was always helpful with any questions I had about the process

When you have a property to sell you need to use a conveyancing solicitor that will deal with their outstanding tasks quickly and efficiently and that you do not have to chase. This has often not been the case with other conveyancing solicitors that I’ve used, but DP are solid and dependable. I chose DP Conveyancing having seen all of the great reviews of their service and I was not disappointed. They are thorough and efficient, and use electronic systems that enable you to get an update any time that you want. You can also reach your assigned solicitor by phone very easily if you need to. I highly recommend them.

Communication was great, frequent and clear. Really helpful service, we had no problems at all.

Brilliant Service - Guided through every step very well as a first time buyer.

Sharon, Angela and the team have been great in making sure everything has been ready for our moving day.

Thanks!

Debbie helped to fast track our completion on our first home. Outstanding service from start to finish. So efficient and she was able to answer all of our queries, nothing was too much trouble. Can’t thank you enough!

Your help and advice over these months has been invaluable. I always felt I was getting individual attention, and I particularly liked that I was able to get a response quickly when necessary. This is not the case for all conveyancing solicitors!

So thank you! I will certainly be recommending you and your company.

As first time buyers, it’s a very daunting process however DP Conveyancing have made this such a breeze! Both Danielle and Louise have been so attentive throughout the whole process, providing regular updates and explaining things in a way that we understand. I loved the fact you have a portal to track your process as well which is updated live. I would highly recommend using DP Conveyancing!

Fantastic Customer service
Honestly and integrity
Always available to answer queries in a timely manner
Can not praise the team at dp conveyancing enough for their professionalism

From day 1 my request to purchase the freehold on my property was expedited efficiently, professionally and courteously. Any queries I had were answered, explained in timely fashion. Thank you.

I’ve heard of people complaining about issues with with their solicitors and with it being our first house buy I was nervous, but Marie and the team were absolutely fantastic. We were kept up to date every step of the way and there were no glitches. Our first house fell through and we ended up buying a different one and in both instances they were great. Can’t fault them in any area. Would recommend to anyone.

DP Conveyancing have helped me twice in the last 2 years. Their service is excellent, communication is exemplary and their charges are very reasonable. I wouldn't use any other company for property transactions.

Great online portal for tracking the process, and helpful, communicative staff

DP Conveyancing were fantastic from start to finish. Everyone was reliable and consistent and we were kept in the loop throughout. I was contacted regularly and this was especially important to me as I like to know what’s going on. Would highly recommend. Jess and Ashley

Overall you were all fantastic, from start to finish DP Conveyancing provided us with a professional service all the way, excellent communication and very knowledgeable throughout. Always someone to speak to, to offer advice when needed. If it wasn’t for DP Conveyancing’s commitment, dedication and hard work this house purchase would not have happened. For this I truly thank you all.

I can't speak highly enough of this solicitors company. From their approachability to their consistent and timely communication, they stood out. Every query, even the minor ones, was handled with urgency, making a typically stressful process feel much more manageable. Their emails were a model of clarity, eliminating any potential for confusion, and ensuring that the entire transaction proceeded smoothly. What I truly appreciated was their expert guidance at crucial stages, especially when it came to intricate details like the service charge account and post-completion formalities. Buying property is a momentous decision, and having this team alongside made me feel assured and confident. The peace of mind they provided is immeasurable. Highly recommend!

Marie was absolutely excellent! As first-time buyers, this was an entirely new process, but all of our needs, questions and concerns were dealt with effectively and she was always a phone call away. Made a highly stressful process far more relaxing!
