Everything arrived within a couple of days of ordering and they were good about returns and exchanges.

All went OK with the transaction once I had found out what I needed. Some bits could be a little clearer on the website such as what goes with what. I contacted the sales dept to make sure and they sorted out everything I would need.

Ordered on the recommendation of an electrician friend, they arrived the next day and look really good. Only negative would be that I found the decorative surround reluctant to click in place.

The lights arrived on day stated and we'll packaged,they look great fitted in bathroom, the lights are good quality and give out brilliant light .

In this day and age great service deserves comment, I ordered 23 Ansell Soffit Lights, I ordered at 3:30pm and buy 11:00am the next morning the lights were here and I’m in Jersey in the Channel Islands, pricing was great half the price of what I was quoted on Jersey (although to be fair that’s the same with everything here) and good communications too…Thanks again
