Thank you so much, Ruth, for taking the time to leave us a 4-star review!
We're delighted to hear that the Concealer was a perfect match for your skin and that you loved its lightweight, non-greasy finish. It's also great to know you liked the lipstick enough to keep it.
We do appreciate your feedback about the lipstick colour not quite matching the website image. While we do our best to ensure our product photos accurately represent each shade, colours can sometimes appear differently depending on individual screen settings and lighting. Your comments are invaluable and help us continue to improve.

I made a mistake on a shade as it was my first time buying online.
I received a wrong shade due to the misunderstanding of shade guide as it was my first time of buying online. I take full responsibility of putting one star but I received a phone call which made me realise that I did the mistake of picking the wrong shade and blamed the seller. I have been using there products for close to 15 years but never bhought online. The products are really good.

We always appreciate honest feedback regarding our pricing. We try hard to keep our testers accessible at £8.99 for the palettes and £3.49 for the glosses, reflecting the high-quality ingredients and formulation that go into each product. However, we completely understand that value is important, and we will certainly take your comments on board as we look for ways to improve.
