Two bar handles arrived quickly. When I needed to fit them I found one box contained the correct diameter bolt but the other contained bolts that were too big and so it couldn’t be fitted. Annoying but Doorstuff did refund and send label to return. Customer service prompt.

We've spent weeks looking for a suitable double sliding door rail we would have saved a lot of time if we'd have just called this company in the first place. The guy on the phone told us our options so we drove over to Teignmouth where a super helpful girl on the trade counter demonstrated them. Emergency repair on a fire door…
Had an emergency repair on a fire door which was fitted with a Geze door closer.
The lady on the phone was very helpful, and very nice. Required parts were in stock, despatched promptly, and arrived in good time.
