This is the first time I have used this company as I've seen it advertised on Instagram and thought the designs looked really cool. I ordered my boyfriend a top on the 2nd December to make sure it came for Christmas, as it said delivery could be 3-5 days. I understand christmas can have a delay in orders though. I hadn't heard anything so wanted to track it, but my order number wouldn't work on the tracking. I've tried to get in touch via the website and through email several times but I haven't heard anything so I feel quite at a loss. I have seen these other reviews now and delayed shipping and contact issues seem to happen a bit, but they get in contact through here so I hope it will come at some point. I don't think I will be able to order from here again even if the quality is good unfortunately. But I look forward to hopefully receiving the top soon.

Would give 0 stars if I could, after sending numerous emails and messages I have had no response. No shipping update and out of pocket for a Christmas present. If you can't cope with the demand you shouldn't take the orders, it's awful customer service and I've logged a claim with my bank to get money back.

Placed an order 16th Nov and they’ve yet to even send it, no tracking details, non-responsive to emails, it’s been over a month! AVOID!

Have ordered from this company many times across the years. I really like a lot of the designs and support for independent artists. Sometimes the orders are shipped in a timely fashion, but this is very rarely the case. This is especially the case around busy periods. Company was put into administration before because funds were being withheld as too many people were claiming refunds. Doomsday have not learnt their lesson. They continue to take on orders when there is quite obviously no stock, claim that they are just a small business trying to fulfil orders, but will never put 'out of stock' on their website when they clearly do not have the items. How else would you explain shipping delays of in excess of a month? The designs and quality are good, but this will be the last time that I order from them. The management is obviously nothing short of a shit show.

Nach 4 Wochen (Bestellung vom 18.11.25) warten auf die Bestellung ist leider immer noch nichts angekommen. Auf Nachfrage nach 2 Wochen warten kam folgende Nachricht am 5.12.25:

i am working as many hours as i can to catch up on orders, spending all my time printing and packing so
Your email will be despatched this coming week

Auch wenn’s stressig in der Firma läuft, geht das so einfach nicht. Ich habe das zweite Mal bestellt, und werde auf alle Fälle nichts mehr bestellten. Beim ersten Mal kam die Ware übrigens auch schon verzögert. Die T Shirts werden wohl nicht unter dem Weihnachtsbaum landen, und das ist einfach Schade, macht einen Wütend und ist wahnsinnig Ärgerlich !

I have used this company a couple of times. Quality is fine, but I have received wrong sizes before.

They never stick to their own shipping guidelines claiming that they're too busy - they set the shipping guidelines themselves.

I find you have to chase them to get responses, and the excuse is always that they're a small business etc etc.

For me and my money, other places to buy that won't stress you about when you'll get your stuff or if you've been had.

Ne m'ont jamais envoyé la commande après, a ce jour, 10 jours d'attente. Ne repondent pas à mes emails. Ils m'ont volé 100e.

Their product and art is some of the very best, well worth the wait in getting it. The two people running Doomsday are very appreciated

This shipped 10 days after I ordered which was fine as the order confirmation warned that it would take a short while. I'm happy with the joggers and the mystery t-shirt, correct sizing, etc. The only negative was that the joggers had a hole in the stitching of the pocket which I had to sew up

Item arrived in just under 1 month, company is slow to reply to messages but do reply. Clothing doesn't seem to be the same quality it used to be but still happy with it.

Really disappointed with this company my partner had ordered before from them with no problem I ordered him a top coming up to 3 weeks ago (20th November it’s now the 5th December) haven’t heard about any shipping information I have emailed them a few times and tried to contact via instagram messages and no response I see other people have the same problem with them not contacting them back.
Very very disappointed hoping will get an update soon so it comes in time for Christmas at least 😡

2nd time I’ve ordered, 2nd time I’ve had issues. Long dispatch time, been waiting 2 weeks for a hat and no update at all. Haven’t had a response from support.

I’ve touched back to see if I could pick up some T shirts which in all honesty are great but the issue is if you get them or what you ordered

Over a week no sign of my order have contacted customer service no reply.

Order 5 mystery t-shirts and just got 2.
Support is not responding.. really disappointed.

I really wanted to give these guys the benefit of the doubt after reading these reviews but im 2 weeks on from my initial order placement and no further on shipping details or correspondence after emailing 3 times and contacting via Instagram direct message.

I'll update this review if theres any movement or correspondence to give a more up-to-date rating as I dont like the thought of dragging a small business.

Great artwork and designs! I have all the shirts

Terrible purchase.
The ‘acid joggers’ were advertised as a dark green colour clearly online. What arrived was light grey. If I knew they’d arrive light grey there’s no way I would have bought them.

All these after a month delay. I purchased from Barcelona (my first error), and there was zero contact or tracking from their team during that time. The fuss of returning them because they are not the colour on the website AT ALL will likely outweigh the benefits.
