Order placed over two weeks ago - zero updates despite two emails sent to their dedicated customer service line. Website clearly states the expectation of 2-5 business days for dispatch, we are now operating well outside of that with no effort to communication. Truly awful process for a company charging a premium.

Ordered two items in November as part of their black friday promotions. Items were not sent out for delivery until january when I was out of the country on holiday. As i was not at home to take delivery, royal mail returned the package to doomsday. On my return i emailed doomsday 5 times asking for redelivery but have not had a single response, despite receiving daily advertising emails for me to buy more products. More money on customer service and less on advertising might be an idea! Will not be buying anything from this rip off brand again

The quality of their products are absolutely fantastic. Their heavy tees not only have great designs but they last well too. I've had them a while and no fading. I also have their joggers and the material isn't like usual joggers, it's heavier and they look slightly worn - pairing really well with the heavy tees and hoodies. I've had a couple of delays on items but at the end of the day they aren't an enormous company, and I've got apologies which makes up for it. This is the only company (outside of Adidas track jackets) where I've bought more than 1 of the same item. Keep up the cool designs!

I received a parcel but unfortunately I got a t-shirt I didn't order. They've sent a wrong item. I have sent an email to arrange for a refund/ exchange but received no response. I have sent a chase up email week after, no response. And then another, but no response from doomsdayco whatsoever. I ended up with the t-shirt for £30 I do not want, I just don't like the design / print and it's on that white off colour fabric that would never be my choice as I just don't fancy it. Looks like I have been sent something they have got left... poor, poor service. I do not recommend. It's a shame as I would like to support a small business and they have some cool designs there but that was my first and the last purchase.

I previously ordered from Doomsday before their shutdown and reopening, and at the time my main issues were slow shipping and poor customer service response times.

After hearing these had been sorted post-relaunch, I decided to give them another go — but unfortunately it’s been more of the same, if not worse.

I placed an order on March 30th and it took nearly a month to arrive, well outside their stated 5–10 business day shipping window, with no real updates along the way.

When it did turn up, the quality was disappointing. The embroidery looks nothing like the clean, sharp finish shown on their site — there are frayed edges and messy stitching through parts of the lettering. It just doesn’t match what’s advertised.

It also arrived from a third party (“The Printshop”), which suggests production is outsourced — something that isn’t clearly communicated and doesn’t align with how the brand presents itself.

Overall, really disappointing. Between the delays, lack of communication, and drop in quality, this hasn’t lived up to expectations at all.

I ordered a tee that was sadly too small and followed the return order steps and send everything back recorded delivery on 25/03 and have not received any notification of this and my emails to the team have been ignored. So I am now in limbo as to what happens next and have paid for a tee and return with nothing to show for it

Recently bought one of the heavy weight T-shirts as I had bought one a while back and loved the fit. Yes it takes a little longer for delivery but I understand that and am willing to wait for a good quality item from an independent brand, which is exactly what I got. Love the quality and the fit of the heavy weight items and would 100% recommend. Also emailed a couple of times asking some questions and got a response straight away so don’t get some of the frustrations from some of the other reviews. In summary don’t expect next day delivery but do expect a good quality item.

Have been trying to return my order since two weeks. Send a mail the day i received it. Shirts where to big and one got a big stain on it. Was planning on returning and buying the size i needed. Will not order here again.

the delivery took 3 months to arrive. Customer service does not work, if you write a email you get no response.

Don’t bother ordering. I ordered a pair of joggers on 1st Jan 2026 and have reached out to the owner 3 times to be ignored. I understand you’re an independent brand but dude….. Come on…. Set your stock to sold out or “email when back in stock” if you can’t get orders out within 4 weeks. You’re pissing off too many people that would buy again if they received the first item they ordered within a respectable timeframe. No where for me to cancel order either.

I love their designs... but communication is non-existent. I have been trying to contact anyone at the company since last month because I have not received any information about my order from November '25. Email boxes are full, no replies from social media. Really terrible buying experience.

The worst customer service imaginable, they just ignore every single contact you make with them. I ordered a shirt which took almost a month to arrive, and when it did it was the wrong one. Since then I have contacted them numerous times on two email addresses, both of which I know are correct (hello at and jamie at) and also via their website. They haven't responded to a single message I've sent them, they have received them all and have ignored every one.

On top of the dreadful customer service, the shirt is rubbish. The print is poor quality, you can see right through it when holding it up to the light. And the actual shirt is a terrible cut, it's too long and thin, tight across the chest, it has misaligned side seams, I guess they are cutting corners at every opportunity.

I ended up getting a refund from my bank and giving the shirt to a charity shop. Do yourself a favour and just avoid this company altogether. This is yet another bad review added to their very long list of bad reviews.

Ill give a honest review, with pros and cons. The stuff that comes is always lovely and of good quality, and in my experience does always eventually arrive. If you can accept ordering it and not seeing for a long time then I would say is worth it, and I do appreciate there is a warning of waiting times on the website,

HOWEVER

The wait is alot longer than stated on the website, which again is fine if you go into it expecting that, but there is a severe lack of communication. Emails aren't answered at all when enquiring about your order, I feel if you could at least reply to people to set them at ease, at the end of the day people's money is being taken then they're being completely ignored which isn't professional, and I can understand I've seen previous replies I get it, it's a small business and a lot of orders to process but on the other hand other business manage and if you're taking more orders than you can handle then that's not the customers fault maybe rain it back a little bit.

To sum up pros really nice designs and quality clothing which I will continue to order

Not having a go just some constructive criticism I hope the company gets on its feet because the stuff is genuinely really nice and you can tell a lot of care goes into the quality and designs.

Took 2 months almost for item to arrive

I ordered a ‘life’s a drag’ hoodie. It took over 2 months to arrive which is fine. I had tracked delivery. But when it finally arrived. It was the completely wrong hoodie! The tracking information even told me that I had ordered the correctly chosen hoodie. They obviously didn’t have the hoodie I ordered in stock and sent me the one I reviewed hoping I wouldn’t notice. Unbelievable!

I have sent countless emails trying to get in contact about my order. I ordered on the 1st of December 2025.. its now Mid February 2026. While I realise there has been some delay with orders, this is getting ridiculous. My order was nearly $200, so I'm feeling pretty upset about the lack of communication and the inability to even get my money back, and the fact that I will now have to sort it through my bank (such a hassle). I've ordered from Doomsday before, twice in fact, and have always been super impressed. However, sadly, it seems this company is no longer trustworthy to order from, which is a real shame.

I ordered in 2022 and still haven't received goods 4 years later.
Absolute scum of the earth. Do NOT order from this company.
