Id give it 0 stars if I could charged for a order i never received because of a server error on dominos website twice spoke to customer service they asked for prof of transaction which ive sent now after 4 emails sent to them for a update when my money will be refunded ive herd absolutely nothing back ...very poor customer service will need to get paypal involved it looks like

I visit my local branch often. I went on a trip in the UK and ordered to be delivered from the Windermere store and received an order where a pot of garlic mayo was in with the chicken. That would have been fine, but the pot itself stank of WEE!! I have that dip regularly and it's not normally like that, obviously (hopefully). I followed the channel immediately via the email to report this issue, they took ages to get back to me, haven't offered a refund. Finally gave me a voucher which was appreciated, but it only works with that establishment and not with my local dominos to me, so it's no use to me as I was just visiting. I'm waiting for a refund for the chicken, but I think at this point I am just being ignored which is very frustrating. This chicken issue was reported just after receipt of the food in December 2025 it takes ages to get any responses from these people.

We were initially given somebody else's order, so we called to let Domino's Epping know. We were told a replacement would be sent out, but it arrived incredibly quickly. This left us wondering whether it had been cooked properly or whether our original order had somehow been retrieved and redelivered.
The pizza looked and tasted fine, but the following morning both my wife and I developed upset stomachs. My wife's symptoms have been particularly severe and have lasted for the last couple of days, which has left us concerned that the meal may have been the cause.
I understand that mistakes happen, but when it comes to food, proper handling and preparation are essential to prevent situations like this. Whether or not the illness was related, the incorrect order followed by what happened afterwards has completely put us off ordering from this store again. It's simply not worth the risk when there are plenty of other pizza places nearby.

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the recent experience concerning the loyalty reward scheme. It appears that upon reaching the scheme's intended benefit, it was subsequently removed from my application. Despite numerous email exchanges, the issue remains unresolved, leading to a sense of circular communication.

This experience has left me exceptionally displeased, and I perceive this as an act of unfair practice.

Consequently, I will be discontinuing my patronage due to this perceived deception.

Ordered some chicken wings and chips through Just Eat from Domino’s, 2 PHILIP HOUSE, Honiton Rd, Exeter EX1 3RU today. Never received the order. They didn't even bother to pick up the phone when I was calling for an update. Completely useless.

I placed a online order picked up and when I got home realized they messed up on one of my pizzas. It was not what I ordered and did not have time to rectify it due to having to be somewhere and could not be late.

Dominoes is just a big rip off at this point! From charging £3.50 to deliver the pizza less than a quarter of a mile (so obviously I just started to collect) although it would be nice to just have it delivered like I used to do. A minimum spend of £15 for delivery even though I’m shelling out for the delivery….these drivers sometimes have 3/4 deliveries in their cars so it’s a pretty good mark up. The pizzas are sloppy and unappealing, the cheese has started tasing horrible so probably some dairy free or cheaper alternative crap. How can you charge a premium price for this has-been rubbish. I have spent 15 years having domino’s as my Friday night takeaway treat but have finally decided to call it a day. I used to buy all sorts too but….Im done….so well done….your relentless greed has cost you a long term customer.

Don't think I've ever been treated in such a disrespectful manner anywhere. Ordered a pizza for collection. Notified by the "pizza tracker that it was ready. Popped in and firstly it wasn't (still in the oven) secondly ignored by all the staff on duty (at least 4 that I could see) They were all in the back of the store laughing away whilst a customer was waiting. It wasn't until the pizza were ready that any acknowledgement was made. Disgusting for a brand such as yours. Feel free to check the CCTV.

I thought i would order food tonight and wish I hadn't!!!!! It was supposed to be crispy chicken ? It was so under cooked 🤮 £20 spent well there just went in bin

Waiting for refund, chasing and chasing and no updates. Horrible service

Terrible experience SCAM alert , ordered on-line, payment made via PayPal but no acknowledgment that order was received by Domino’s - I contacted the branch where I made the order on-line , staff unhelpful and rude. Contacted Customer Services on-line , useless response. I am left with a debit of over £20 from my bank account but no pizza. My advice, do not order from this company - it’s a scam

Ordered a pizza on the app and went to collect.
I got there a little early (7 minutes) but I was the only one waiting. 10 minutes went by and I was presented with the wrong order he asked to see the order number on my phone and the guy had my pizza on a side table, I collected and drove home to find an almost flat cold pizza.
It's obvious now that if the guy had asked for my order number when I walked in, I might have got my pizza warm.
Another thing I wasn't pleased with was how Domino's are openly promoting obesity in the uk.
I wanted a Small maybe Medium sized pizza, by the time they had finished with vouchers, my now Large size pizza was almost the same price as a Small.

No more Domino's for me, felt crap after eating 4 slices and the rest went to the bin.

Automatic 1-star for obfuscating the process of unsubscribing from their annoying emails that I never wanted.

Love this place

Very disappointed with my order. The food was honestly terrible and tasted like garbage. I would not order from them again.

I use the Dominos app to get a pizza from the nearest store and Instead Of directing it to the nearest store. It ordered it from miles away which I had to cancel. I would suggest Never to order from this company again.

cold food wings very poor not good enough got a 50% refund on food we threw away!!!
