Domino's Pizza New Zealand Arvostelua 

I've ordered swirls twice and both times they were burnt so badly that you couldn't even tell what they were supposed to look like. They were delivered from Mosgiel store.
I'm not just talking about burnt, they were sitting in a pool of black stuff, shame I can't put a photo up to show you just how bad they were... completely inedible.
I put feedback on their site but never heard from them.
I've never been compelled to write a review before.

Minimal toppings for a $20 deluxe pizza, not the first time. Never going back to dominoes Rolleston.

We ordered veg meal today, it was taste issue and cheese was smell bad.
When we called in the store, the customer service was really unacceptable. Manager was showing attitude and rude.
He gave us half refund and by cash but we paid by card.
He didn’t apologise for this service and not behave good to us

The Domino’s Rototuna Pizza was the best I’ve had in a long time, there wasn’t an over abundance of sauces on the pizzas there was just enough to enjoy it but not over power it.

I was delivered the wrong order several week ago and was initially offered a voucher but could not redeem. Then offered a second voucher but still had to spend a further $20 to have it delivered when the first incorrect order was not even to that amount. Poor correspondence all the way through and even when I went into the store they were not helpful. I will more than likely not use domino's pizza again.

Apart from arriving late and cold. They completely missed the pork belly off the pork belly pizza! When I complained, I was sent a $20 voucher to use on-line only. When I went to use it, it said I had to spend another $20, being the minimum amount for an on-line order. Feeling cheated!

Doughy thick pizza with minimal topping. All we could taste was dough. Also late delivery very disappointed.

Worst Pizza company in nz. I ordered pizza, all paid waiting for pizza. Everyone hungry and sick and its new years eve. The pizza never arrived. No one is contactable at Dominos Pizza Manukau City. They should just close down to be honest. They are playing with peoples lives.

Driver brought pizzas into house in the box. Not in a insulbag as usual. It was not hot, so not sure he had bag in his car? Ordered the pepperoni deluxe. Only had a third? of pepperoni shown in online pics!
Did a review at the time, but zero response. Have backup pics.

I got given a 10 voucher lady from dominoes was handing out outside the dominoes at Elliot st Auckland cbd and so I invited my daughter over on the Sunday to get pizza together with the voucher as she loves pizza when I ordered the deal for 2 pizzas and 2 sides and drink for 34 dollars and presented the voucher the Indian gut said what is this threw it back at me when I explained then I insisted he use it he went behind shouting Indian angrily with the others they all started shouting then what I thought was the manager came around took the voucher and said it was just one garlic bread and drink for the 34 dollars and took my voucher he said the drink is a side and just gave us the lesser deal which is 24 and pretended he used the voucher and that he took ten dollars off which he didnt he just threw in the bin. And then when we got it it was just a slab of pizza with cheese and no toppings for my mushroom and bacon pizza . And one garlic bread . And one coke even though I ordered the 2 pizza and 2 sides deal with voucher all they did was lie and argue about the voucher with me

We are in new plymouth. We tried to order on the app but it would not recognize the address of the Novotel hotel. So we called. The first one couldn't find the hotel on their system and said that we couldn't build our own pizza ...that we had to order off their menu of pizzas. The second one we called couldn't find the Novotel and said they wouldn't deliver anyone as we should order from the first one. So we gave up. Two Canadians who are so disappointed in our Dominos experience.

Fantastic customer service from Dominos Pizza in Shirley. We phoned an order through and the staff member made sure we got the best value deal, altered toppings to suit, and was patient explaining what was available on the two-for-one Tuesday deal. Then, to top it all off, the fastest delivery ever. Four pizzas arrived piping hot and delicious. Outstanding.

Ordered Mega Meatlovers pizza but got some that was more like an Extra Value pizza. No beef, no camembert (which I paid $3 extra for), they cut back on all the other toppings. Absolute rubbish for Dominos to think that customers would be happy to pay $25 for that! To make matters worse, I left feedback 3 times expecting that someone would get in touch to address concerns. 2 weeks later, no one has been in touch. Clearly Dominos do not care about customer satisfaction, they just want your money! This will be my last order with them...

I ordered a Double Bacon Cheese Burger Pizza, I would hate to see what a single Bacon looks like, it is pathetic

The friendliest staff..busy store though you never feel like you're a nusience. Pizza always great to the point I do no go to any other Pizza places.

They no longer deliver to my area. Or maybe it's my address specifically. Either way, Pizza Hutt which is 4 times the distance still comes through so they'll get my patronage and Domino's can go bankrupt for all I care.

I phoned domino's Waipukurau at 5.10hrs and ordered a large pepperoni pizza and was told this would cost $19 including a home delivery fee. Also told this would take 16 minutes to 26minutes for delivery. It had not arrived at this time so again rang at 6.07. I spoke to the same lady who then told me they do not do deliveries unless the order is over $20. I asked her why she did not tell me this at the time I made my order. She said she had worked there for a while and she 'didn't know because I must be dumb'. I told her I would order a garlic and cheese bread and was told the order would come to $26.
The delivery guy arrived at my house around 6.30hrs and told me the order cost $27 and I paid him this amount.
The pizza was something I could have bought for half the price at the supermarket and didn't look like anything that they had advertised.
The garlic bread was fine accept it had been put into a box that had burnt pieces of something on the bottom of this and the box had obviously been used before.
I rang the female who I had called previously and told her about the above issues and informed her I would complete a Dominos's feedback form and would also look for a review I could complete. She said she was sorry about this.

We have bought from domino’s levin a few times and it’s either decent or absolutely TERRIBLE and I mean terrible! For example we ordered a half and half pizza cheesy garlic/chicken rasher bacon. The pizza was fully cold, and only 2 pieces had any and little topping, only one piece had sauce and one piece of the cheesy garlic had a tone of sauce, random chunks of tomato base were within the pizza which was yuck, as well as that it was undercooked and the cheesy garlic bread was undercooked and cold with almost no cheese or flavour, don’t buy from dominos, it’s expensive and I can’t see why, and the food is terrible. Biggest waste of money :)

I only return to this branch because it's on my way back from the kids' afterschool activities, but I'll rather go without pizza from Domino's Pizza Albany than returning.

After placing an online order, my pizza was still in the oven when I arrived 20 minutes later. I finally got it 10 minutes after that. Ok, fair, probably busy. Unfortunately for the lady in front of me, the order progress board showed status 'Ready'. However, after waiting for some time and her having some hard words (she was the 4th unhappy customer in a row) staff told her that it (1 pizza) was still in the oven. Another staff member said the board is not always correct, it can be up to 2 minutes 'out'. One staff member halfway through assisting the woman just walked off and started slicing and boxing pizzas at the back. Another staff member had to call other staff members from the back to come help customers on 3 occasions while I was waiting. After helping they always disappeared to the back again, despite the line of people growing. It seems only a bunch of rookies were on duty, with no senior person to manage and see that things run smoothly.
Totally demotivated when I got home and saw the skimpy toppings on our pizzas - yet again. A cheese & garlic pizza, but you only get a hand full of cheese in the middle with the outer third of pizza base completely dry and brown. This happens EVERY single time... Finally took the time to write a bad review which I should've done ages ago! Sorry Albany, I'll rather pay delivery fee for pizza from your Browns Bay branch - they have lots of cheese and manage their orders well!
