Domex has been a great savour for my LG washing machine. The technician Mihaly attended to my repair and he was very knowledgeable, helpful, polite and just got on with the job. Exactly what a happy customer want from a home appliance repair company. I will surely recommend Domex to friends and family.

I have used Domex to repair a washer dryer machine and their service has been excellent end to end! Easy to book it and follow the progress with their online service. Information, timing and costs were clearly explained and fully accurate. The engineer was on time and presenting very well. He did an accurate diagnostic quickly and repaired the machine immediately solving two issues with the drying function and the tumbler. He spent 30 min and explained the root causes to avoid it happened again. Best in class service! Highly recommended!

Domex fixed my appliance! It took a couple of visits, but we got there and our washing machine is now working well again. The service engineers were knowledgeable, tidy and courteous. I highly recommend them and will use them again!

Domex is an absolute disaster at customer service, and I believe their treatment of my case is effectively fraud. I needed a hob repair and had described the make of the model and the part. I doubt they ever read it, but sent out an engineer, who had no issue finding parking and coming to see the hob. He diagnosed a part that needed replacing and charged me for his time. I then had to pay for the part and wait several weeks for him to come back with the part and install it. The hob continued to not work after he installed the part. He said that a new engineer who was more senior would be required to come in and look because he did not know what was wrong. I paid for another engineer to come at yet another scheduled time.

This person did not come for the scheduled appointment and called me to provide him parking. When I told him to just take his time and come when ready, he drove off! Apparently this is sufficient reason for Domex to charge you and provide no service. They rescheduled again (through their uninformed call center), and sent another engineer supposedly, who also did not come, using the same excuse.

I had taken several days off to be available for these people to come by, and nothing. The entire time I am on email with customer service, and their call center keeps calling me with no reference to my case.

When I asked to be refunded for the faulty part they sold me and the time they wasted, they told me to book another appointment for another engineer to come. It's been months, I've wasted a bunch of money and energy, and now they are not responding at all.

Surely there will be some reply below about company policy and how I am responsible to drive their cars around. When in fact they just charged me for months, delivered no service, and wasted everyone's time.
