Habe seit 2010 bereits meine Waschmaschinen versichert und hatte noch nie Probleme mit Reperaturübernahme oder Neugerät ersetzen. Ich hatte immer sehr netten Telefonkontakt und es wurde alles sehr schnell und kompetent geregelt und erledigt. Bin sehr zufrieden.

Dreadful experience. At the time of writing 92% of customers gave D&G a one star rating. I also read an article reporting that D&G are contacting vulnerable people to try and force them to take out an extended warranty!!! Absolutely shameless if true. If you have an extended warranty, cancel it immediately, it will be worthless.

Fraude total mande a reparar un patinete y me lo trajeron peor qué selollebaron unos ladrones bandidos después de más de un año pagando seguro me robaron el patinete del coche qué estaba serrado solo un poco la ventanilla abierta qué no cabía una mano y Medises qué no me cubre el seguro porqué no me a roto nada del coche Oseas si te destrozan el coche para robarte si te cubre supuesta mente pero como te lo an abierto y no te an roto nada pues no te pagan el patinete robado ellos son más ladrones qué el que se llebo el patinete por qué te roban engañándote

Don’t waste time speaking to the first point of contact. Ask for a manager. Even that was pointless but at least you can get him to earn his money!
My cooker has been faulty since I bought it and still haven’t had a replacement!!!
Ask for compensation every day they’re late

What a dreadful company to deal with - they steal your money and offer zero service - I’m not sure if they are a fraudulent company to be honest - the very worse customer service I have ever experienced and that really is some accolade

No solo no repararon mi impresora de Mediamarkt por un fallo en un inyector, sino que la estropearon aún más, gastaron los cartuchos y no me la han devuelto después de más de 6 meses.
Iré a denunciar evidentemente.

Sony Ferseher mit zusatzgarantie für 4 Jahre gekauft, ok das war gewollt.
Nach vier Jahren aber verlängert sich der Vertrag automatisch um ein weiteres Jahr, also 12 Monate und mann kommt vorher nicht raus was aus meiner Sicht nicht korrekt ist. Dafür das die General Domestic 5 Jahre Geld für nix kassiert hat, also 600 Euro für nix hätte ich gleich einen doppelt so teuren Fernseher kaufen können. Achtung Falle, dass ist ein geduldeter Abzockerverein der etwas anbietet was in der Regel keiner braucht. Vieles ist über Hauratversicherung abgesichert. FINGER WEG !!!

You get a 10 year parts warranty when buying a hotpoint washing machine it’s not worth the paper it’s written on this company so the repairs and wanted £127 to change the front door seal and it was going to take over a week for them to even come to look at it. Bought a seal for £38 and my husband died it himself. Will never buy anything again that this company do repairs for.

Truffatori allo stato puro.Dopo 1 anno esatto ho inviato richiesta tramite mail di chiusura del contratto di assistenza con tanto di risposta da parte loro che avrebbero fatto la risoluzione del contratto ma continuano a prelevare soldi dal mio conto corrente.....ladri ladri ladri

Hay que leer bien el contrato, ellos siempre encuentran algo para no tener que pagar. Éste es el último seguro que contrato con esta empresa. Media Markt te lo vende muy bien, te dicen que estás cubierto por el daño accidental, y por otro que no lo estás por daño estético, un contrasentido a mi modo de verlo.

Shame there isn’t an option for 0. Endless money wasted! Date of my experience has been from 2020 - 2023. Ridiculous!!! Had their complaints department workers laugh at me. Al reviews are negative. They take all your money with 0 things and have no intention of writing off any goods and replacing them.

I am very bitter with the way you treated ne and my family whe our gas cooker broke down and was reported to you.
You se nt an engineer to assess the damages and you said that our cooker was not fully insured and you couldn't repair it.
We couldn't use the cooker and we were forced to go and buy hot plate to be able to eat.
Myself and my my wife are retired and we insured our appliances with you for repair in case of any damages and you let us down when you are needed most.
We have to report this matter to ombudsman for redress because your are unfair to us.
I stopped the direct debt to your organisation fir the month of September 2023 after payingfir the nonth of August.
Please, make sure you do the necessary things to effect the repair of our gas cooker as soon as possible.
We are expecting your urgent response to this email.

No caigan en la trampa, me han reconocido una indemnización por un aparato que no tiene arreglo pero ni rastro del dinero. Dos meses llevo ya detrás de estos estafadores. Lo único que hacen es dar excusa tras excusa para no oagar. Estafadores en toda regla

They have stolen our vacuum cleaner. They took in order to fix it and now they dont want to return it to us

Horrible es poco!!!! Llevo más de dos meses esperando la resolución de mi problema porque se llevaron mi aspirador y después de un mes me dice que no se puede reparar y me reintegraran lo que me costo. Llevo más de otro mes esperando esa transferencia y el retraso cada vez lo achacan a una nueva incidencia.
No recomiendo en absoluto esta empresa porque don unos estafadores

Been paying for the policy since 2018! Am now left with a damaged black door on a grey fridge as that’s the best they could do as it’s classed as fixed because it’s working!
Was misinformed repeatedly by customer service team which ended up having to speak to several staff each time I contacted them to no avail! Customer service appalling!! I was so exasperated in the end that I cancelled my policy which is exactly what they want you to do! Win win for D & G again!!

Bought tv from argos and they choose this company to insure my tv with very bad and shame as they issued diffrent name owner and diffrent producat to what i purchased. Argos is th one to blame is they associated with company like that. Very disappointed.

Dieses Unternehmen empfinde ich als reine Abofalle. Die Abbuchungen laufen unbegrenzt weiter, auch wenn man die "Leistung" nicht mehr benötigt. Kündigungsmöglichkeiten werden offenbar bewusst verschleiert, und alles läuft in englischer Sprache ab. Finger weg von diesem Unternehmen!

Ich habe nach dem Kauf eines Trockners eigentlich nur die kostenlose 10 Jahre Ersatzteilgarantie nutzen wollen. Am Telefon wurde dann ein Vertrag für eine Zusatzversicherung angeboten und versichert, dass man ja nach dem Lesen der Versicherungsunterlagen auch alles widerrufen könne, wenn es nicht passt. Direkt am nächsten Tag per Mail widerrufen. Trotzdem Abbuchung 2 Tage später. Die Abbuchung habe ich dann über meine Bank rückgängig gemacht und auch nochmal per Mail darüber informiert. Es kam tatsächlich eine Antwort, wo nochmal nach der Vertragsnr. gefragt wurde. Nach 1 Woche ohne Reaktion habe ich dann angerufen und tatsächlich gleich eine Kündigungsspätigung bekommen. Nach nochmal 2 Wochen flatterte dann eine Mahnung ein. Wieder angerufen und nochmal bestätigt bekommen, dass der Vertrag bereits gekündigt ist. Das habe ich auch nochmal schriftlich per Mail bekommen. Mal sehen, wann die nächste Mahnung kommt.
