The products and customer service are fantastic
The products are fantastic. There are always really generous deals or codes for their fans so there is always an excuse for me to treat myself! I had a slight issue with my parcel - not Doll Beauty's fault at all (totally the courier!) - but they sorted it out so quickly! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. They should give other companies lessons in customer service!

Experience was overpriced
I really wanted the full sized hand mirror. I bought the mini when I got the notification, but did not realize how expensive it was until it was too late. A mini mirror shouldn’t cost $45. It’s cute and very girly, but I feel ripped off.

Hi Doll,
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review!
I am so sorry that you feel we have ripped you off. The Mini Mirror did only cost $16. We are currently looking into new shipping methods in order to be able to ensure these prices do come down.
Kind regards,
