Doll Beauty Arvostelua

Absolutely disgraceful. 3 bond and seals missed from my order yet the cheaper items sent. Emailed twice about this and had no response yet they manage to email me asking how my experience was. Not good enough. Will be posting on social media about it next if I don’t hear back. First time trying this brand as well. Wouldn’t recommend. I get mistakes happen but to now be ignored is a joke.

I love this company so much they have the best brushes in my opinion love the foundation brush and great quality! Nothing compares and I’ve tried many! I’ve even stockpiled them just in case they discontinue. Bought from here many times and it’s always been great service and quick delivery. Never had a problem love this brand

Great service and great products. Love the quality of the products.

Fantastic friendly staff, all the staff provide a first class service and there skills are amazing

Bought 3 lipsticks. Horrific quality. Stink of cheap lipstick, like play doh. They have a nasty taste. One lipstick was rattling around in the holder. They were all orange. Totally different to ones I’d previously had with the same name. Texture was rough and dragged on my lips. Emailed to ask how to return because they weren’t as described and they are massively over priced. They’ve ignored by emails. Ignored my messages on insta and they’ve deleted my comments on their posts. I did speak to another customer who said they had replied to their emails so they are purposely ignoring me because I’ve called out their cheap quality!! I want my money back. Disgusting customer service.

Ordered a solid start foundation brush in September. I am yet to receive this. I have contacted their customer care team 3 times and I am yet to receive a response. Avoid at all costs!

Speedy delivery and lovely products. Thank you

They never refunded my money even after I notified them that I never received any of the packages. I e-mailed them and they replied weeks later, stating “you will recieve a full refund once we recieve our packages back” I’m sure they sent the packages back, but they also keep my money. It’s been more than six months.
I would not recommend this company at all.

ordered on 18th October, never received!!! Ive emailed them 4 times but no reply. Order no 40426581. Wont be ordering again.
Update-received email at last to say they were sending out my order. Received package 4th Nov. Thank you!!!

Said I’d get my order in 2 days now it’s not even shipped out yet a week later…

Doll is just fantastic !
Their products & their staff are excellent !
I have been going to Danielle since she was based in Hoole all those years ago !! She has never changed and is such a lovely human! Steph now typically does my make up and I absolutely adore her and my finished look everytime ! I highly recommend Doll and everything about it !

Absolutely love Doll beauty they are my favourite makeup brand ever. The staff and makeup up product are amazing. Never had any issues with them and I’m long time buyer. Can’t wait for the rebrand will be ever more amazing. Love you Semmy 💗💗

Great boxes ,worth trying a box . Treat yourself

The shipping logistics the company uses I’ve shopped over seas and I’ve never paid for duty taxes I payed 35 plus the 30 I already had paid for shipping . I repeat the products are great! I will continue to shop it’s just unfortunate that DHL is charging duties on my package. I changed my star review from 3 to 5, they’re a good store they did in fact ship out my products quickly and they’re obviously great products if I’m willing to pay that much for shipping and pay the duties on it I’m sorry for my earlier review.

I love Doll Beauty, they're the best makeup brand and very inclusive to all customers. Each time I have ordered, it is packed to perfection and shipped out quickly. I can't wait for the new products to be released. Please hurry up! So excited for the newness 🥰 Highly recommend Doll Beauty!

im a loyal customer and as your black lashes were out of stock i thought id try the dark brown ones howeverr when received they clearly do not look dark brown, they are more of a ginger colour, very disappointed

I love their products

I only gave 2 starts due to me purchasing the mystery £10 box.. I received 3 items but on the invoice the total amount came to less than £10 it only came to £8.47 total when I paid £13.50 total including delivery i think you should have at least £10 worth of products not less

Love all my Doll products
