Hi Courtney,
Thank you for your recent order and for taking the time to leave a review.
I understand that issues can occasionally arise, after all we are all human. In our email exchanges, you sent us an image of your packing list which clearly showed that all items marked and numbered, and you confirmed that the package was not damaged upon arrival.
As a gesture of goodwill, I have already refunded you for the item in question, even though this is showing as being packed as per the packing list. Regarding your inquiry about a shipping refund, I'm unable to refund the shipping fee because your order was sent complete, as verified on both the customs invoice and the packing slip you provided the image of.
You responded to my email correspondence saying 'thank you for your help' suggesting you understood that we would be unable to issue a refund on the shipping. From what evidence we have gathered all four items were sent and as the parcel was not damaged upon receipt as per your correspondence; therefore, we would be unwilling to offer a refund on the shipping cost as the items were shipped out to you.
Kind regards,
Tiegan

Hey Robyn,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.
We are so sorry that you are unhappy with the cost of the shipping, however, this is clearly stated on the website when ordering. If you had contacted us requesting to cancel your order we would have tried to assist you with this where possible.
We are in the process of looking for an alternative at the moment that is just as fast and reliable as the company we are currently using.
We do appreciate your feedback and we do hope you love the lipstick as much as we do!
Kind regards,
Tiegan
My go to
Love Doll products since the start, the pigment is next level in comparison to major other brands. Lipliner and lipsticks are my go to, along with their blushers and bronzers.
My blusher was delivered cracked, Teigan was responsive and sent me another and it was received 2 days later with zero fuss.
Thank you.

Doll Products x
The most gorgeous, kind and caring team at Doll. The products speak for themselves and such amazing quality for money. Bec and Dan are always so friendly on lives and love watching their makeup application. Lewis’s work he produces is absolutely beautiful ! Tieg is the most beautiful girl with the kindest soul ever and will go out of her way to help you. As a manager Dan really engages with her customers and makes them feel heard and is so sweet. Sam and Kim are also so lovely and kind on lives. Genuinely the nicest (and most stunning) team I’ve seen in a business with the most gorgeous products. Xxx

Doll beauty products are a staple in my own makeup bag and my professional kit! I don’t do one makeup without using the doll beauty products, the lipsticks are so creamy and pigmented aswell as the lip liners! The bronzers and contour are effortless to blend and all my clients ask what I’ve used on them, the brushes are unbelievable and so well made! Love you doll beauty, I don’t have a bad word to say, thank you for making amazing products for us all, game changer 🫶🏽

I have been using Doll Beauty for years!
And I cannot fault the quality & longevity of their products!
Classic staples that I adore are Gimme Sun Dark Bronzer! (CANNOT WAIT FOR THE REBRANDING TO PURCHASE THE NEWER VERSION IT’S SO DREAMY!)
Boy Bye Lip Liner,
Shine Bright Highlighter (THE OG original 6 Palette was HEAVENLY!),
Jasmine Lashes and Stuck On You Glue, which I have to add is the EASIEST eyelash glue to use! So great for beginners as well if you’re starting out!
I Love Doll Eyeshadow Palette! (Including the OG Sweet Treats Palette, which I created such CREATIVE makeup looks with!)
Thank you Doll Beauty for making me feel beautiful!
And may you continue to prosper with your business just as much as I LOVE YOUR PRODUCTS!
