Hi Berdie,
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review.
Due to a technical error we had contour wands showing as being in stock. As soon as this was noticed we rectified the situation and issued you with a refund on the products that were not available.
I can see that customer service has been in touch regarding this matter and we can only apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
Kind regards,
Becky xx

Great experience
First time ordering direct from Doll Beauty and I’m very pleased : ) The whole process was a pleasure, right down to the cute heart-covered paper my order was wrapped in in the box <3 My order was dispatched quickly via Royal Mail (hurrah, no couriers!) and I was kept up to date with its progress at every stage. The products themselves are lovely. I particularly like the blushers but I also got a fab lipgloss.
