My absolute favourite clinic ever. From the minute you walk through the door it is such a warm welcoming environment I can not fault anything at all! I am so pleased with my results so far I feel the best I have felt for a long time. I will most definitely be coming back for more treatments as they all sound wonderful!

I have suffered with Acne all my life and decided to finally do something about it. Was booked in for a complementary consultation with Dr Nyla and we discussed possible treatment options and eventually decided that the most effective treatments would be dermalux and Envy facial, since starting my course I have seen a significant improvement in my skin reducing redness and spots which has massively improved my confidence. Wish I went to Doctor Nyla earlier 10/10 would recommend

Been into their new clinic in Mayfair recently for a treatment staff where very friendly which put my mind to easy as I was quite nervous about starting my course of Ultra cell treatment to tighten my skin, had my first session and results have been outstanding

I had a bad experience with Morpheous 8 at a unrelated clinic which resulted in facial fat loss, redness and indentations.
I went to Medispar in Wilmslow and Dr Nyla recommended a treatment plan of Ultracel, laser and filler and I am so pleased with the results. My skin now looks fuller and tighter and has a healthy glow.
The bad experience I had made me very nervous about having any further treatments, but I needn't have worried. Each person delivering the different treatments is highly qualified and took the time to answer my concerns before carrying out the procedures.
The reception staff are also helpful, friendly and welcoming. I am so glad I found out about Dr Nyla's Medispa and I would highly recommend them.

Awful experience, was told I needed more work than I had any interest in doing and it affected my self esteem considerably.
When I arrived I wasn’t given a minute to cool off before someone was asking to take photos of me-despite only being there for a consult. I was then taken to a waiting area and left there for some time. After this I was taken to some treatment room and one therapist came in to talk to me about my treatments. She said she couldn’t advise me on treatments and would get the doctor. Then she returned to tell me the price of the treatment I was interested in and I asked when I would get my consultation as this was what I’d booked in for.

After this I was met by a male Doctor who in short told me that my forehead lines were very visible, despite me saying I felt they were quite subtle as I was only 34 and I felt just a slight treatment with injectables might be good. Instead of respect my feelings on the matter, he proceeded to tell me my forehead lines were even visible from across the room and that when I smile there are lines showing around my eyes. I never asked for this critique and I found it hypocritical considering he had lines and wrinkles as most people do! I believe I should come there, tell them what areas I am unhappy with and be advised, not upsold on treatments…
I discussed the botulinum toxin with him, as found in Botox and he seemed to come across defensive when I knew the science, being from a medical background myself.
In any event, I left the clinic feeling like I would cry, with very low self esteem, cancelled plans with my friends, went home and confided to one of my closest friends who was furious and kept cheering me up.

The visit did nothing but make me feel really low.
Afterwards I found another clinic, told them what had happened and they were so lovely and reassuring and said this was awful and patients should never be told areas to treat, only asked what they are unhappy with. Needless to say, avoid at all costs.

From the moment I walked in I knew I was going to be looked after .. and I wasn’t wrong. The staff are kind, sympathetic and knowledgeable. I feel more confident after the treatment I received and specifically want to thank Melissa who is beautiful inside and out.

My husband Did lots of research and found Doctor Nyla I found her to be very good feedback for and recommendations from lots of people and she when she came to the clinic we were very comfortable and the clinic is very welcoming

What an awful experience - I went for a consultation at the Liverpool clinic for CoolSculpting which I was prepared to get. Had the shortest consultation with The Dr who was perfectly lovely despite being more interested in her phone. She showed me a few pictures which show the success but there was no discussion whatsoever of risks. I’ve actually come away from this feeling 10 times fatter and worse about myself. I was quoted 5600 for this due to the amount of applicators I would need and heavily encouraged to get finance and taken to another room. To be honest, it was clear the Dr just wanted to get me out the room.

It is this finance that is the major issue. After completing my details “to see if I would be accepted”, I was informed it had been accepted. This was all within 10 minutes. I told the girl I needed to think about it and booked in a new appointment. I asked the girl to cancel the finance but was told that if I cancelled I would not be able to reapply for a year. I told her to leave the application and I would sort it out when I came back. I was actually going to get the treatment and wanted to look at other finance options. I then left and was out of the clinic at 14:45. Whilst at the train station, an email came through saying the loan had been approved and upon further inspection, had been digitally signed by “myself”. However, at the time they were digitally signed, I wasn’t even in the clinic.

I have spoken with the finance company who have confirmed that the information about being unable to reapply is incorrect and the contracts were signed when “I” checked the box to say “I” agree with the terms. I did not tick to accept anything. There is another time stamp on the direct debit. Despite being able to prove that I was not in the clinic at the time these were accepted, when I approached the clinic they just said “the email was automatically generated when I agreed to the finance” but I didn’t agree to this finance. The finance company said the clinic should have gone through the paperwork with me but nobody did, no T&Cs, just railroaded into applying.

Long and short of this, this clinic will accept finance on your behalf without your consent or knowledge. This is fraudulent - avoid them at all costs.

UPDATE: not entirely sure why I have just had a reply to this review from two years ago. However, the reply insinuates that I have said the clinic took my details and applied for the finance alone. I want to make clear, I was in the process of applying for the finance in the clinic to get a quote and thus filled in the details with the clinic staff. When the quote came back, I told her I wanted to look for alternative finance and would confirm how I would do it when I returned. Therefore, the finance application I completed was a quote not an acceptance. The finance agreement was then “digitally signed” on my behalf when I was out of the clinic as that is when everything came through. I had evidence that I had left the clinic at that time, therefore somebody must have accepted by somebody else when I had already left.

I am unsure why you are responding to this 2 years later, implying it is a lie when for a couple of months after, you were sending emails apologising for the experience and offering to reduce the cost of the procedure if I went to one of your other clinics.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else now after coming here! Always the best in every way possible! I love it thank you ladies your fabulous xxx Kerry Katona

Fantastic service from consultation to treatment .I would highly recommend

I have been coming to the Cheshire clinic for the last 4 wks for treatments off my treatment plan Dr Nyla put together for me. Already I am seeing huge results... I feel so welcomed at the clinic. Nurse Debbie did my filler in my lips & was absolutely amazing, no bruising & was so gentle, talking me through everything. Melissa senior therapist has been doing my ultra cell & BTL treatments, she is so professional, talking me through everything & making me feel relaxed. I absolutely love coming, each time I go home I look younger. Thank you to all the team.

Recently had the transformation facelift it has really improved marionettes on my lower face and has lifted my jawline and neck is much Verma. Came for a consultation and saw Dr Naila she was incredibly thorough and gave me lots and lots of advice and information I was sent away with lots of literature to read and reflect upon the different options I was given

In the end I went for a combination of some laser and tightening I have to say the results are absolutely worth every single penny.
