As a doctor I can highly recommend Medispa . It is run and assessed by doctors. It is really important to have a Doctor Who understands the skin physiology as well as biology of how treatments work on the skin.

I saw Dr Nyla herself, and she gave me her best advice and the therapist was very informative and the treatment has gone well so far.

If you need treatments that are non-invasive nonsurgical but give a very efficient result I would definitely recommend.

Had such a great experience from start to finish can’t wait to see my results. And the new skincare is just amazing!!

I visited Dr Nyla’s stylish London clinic to discuss in particular my jawline. Over the past 6 months I have started to notice a slight sagging in my cheeks and my lower face. I have looked at different options available to me to tighten these areas and after a detailed consultation with Dr Vadim, who discussed the features of each treatments they offer, he recommended Ultracel.

He talked me through the procedure in detail and what would be happening to my skin over the next days/ weeks and months. This part of the consultation I found incredibly helpful as I was immediately put at ease. I was also given the chance to ask questions which was invaluable to manage my expectations.

Throughout the procedure he constantly checked I was okay and adjusted the machine accordingly. The overall feeling when having the treatment was one of a slight hot tingling sensation but this ended as soon as the treatment was over.

After the first few days I could see the quality of my skin texture changing and a tightness forming. A month on I can definitely see a difference in the firmness of my skin particularly in my cheek and lower jaw areas. I know the full results can take up to 3 months and I can’t wait to see what other changes will happen by then.

The thing that draws me to this clinic is they use all the latest machines and are constantly updating their range of treatments. Their staff are so friendly and communicative from the start of the booking journey to the post care call and documentation. I would thoroughly recommend this treatment and the clinic.

I had ultracel full face and fillers in corner of mouth and tear - I am honestly delighted with the results, so glad I did it.
Dr Nyler and all the staff at the Liverpool clinic are amazing at their jobs. Both Jennifer and Debbie did my 2 different treatments so well.
I will definitely only go here from now on (had a bad experience somewhere else, which was corrected here).

Reviews are misrepresented, read on!
The practice pushes VERY hard selling methods. I went in for a consultation and was pushed into my first treatment and when saying I wasn't sure if I could afford it, a credit agreement was thrust under my nose. At the time I was struggling with my mental health but this having been disclosed and the fact I was on medication didn't seem to bother any staff or clinicians and it was probably easier to bully me into treatments as I was vulnerable.
Following treatments I have noticed no improvement, I have actually noticed MORE lines on my face so that was an absolute waste of 4k.
Regarding the reviews: if you notice they are all saying how treatments were on the day. This is because a marketing person asks you to scan a link and rate your treatment on the day. This review then ties in to the Google reviews and makes the practice have a better star rating than it actually would. Trust me: read the reviews and people will be saying how good and how nice the practitioner was on the day but the ones that are honest, are from long-term patients who are reviewing their overall treatment and if you read through, most will be very poorly rated. Be very warned consumers, this is a dangerous clinic and should be shut down.

Had my 1st visit to Dr Nylas clinic today. What a stunning place. All the staff were friendly yet professional. Dr Nyla spent the time explaining all the different treatments and potential outcomes. To say I was pleased was an understatement. Straight away I had my treatment with an amazing lady calld Jenifer who put me at ease. I can't wait go back tomorrow for a different procedure. 100% would recommend this clinic

I had fillers here and am very happy! The doctor that treated me was lovely and said he had been working in aesthetics for years. I have had fillers at salons before and although cheaper the results are nowhere near as good. Won’t go anywhere else for fillers now. Thank you so much

Beautiful clinic and I felt like a movie star. Lovely staff who were super helpful. The treatment was relaxing and I saw some results within a week. I have two more treatments to go and I will post another review to update

Had coolsculpting on my tummy here. It was expensive but I was happy to pay more as a friend had a good result from this clinic. You need to leave a good 1.5 to 2 hours for the whole process but 8 weeks in and I'm really happy with the result and the review appointment they said it will still be improving. I'm thinking of having it on my bra fat too. 5*

I came to the Cheshire clinic for lip filler correction, I was really nervous but it’s the best decision I’ve made. I felt so comfortable throughout my whole experience and I am very happy with my results! Can’t wait to go back again soon for another treatment!
