I had laser therapy on my face for thread veins caused by an acid incident and it made a noticeable difference and has improved my self confidence. The staff are really professional and advised on the importance to see the doctor. Dr Fab was really really good and he instilled a lot of confidence in me.

As a man, I have become increasingly conscious of my aging appearance. Initially, I felt quite intimidated about visiting such a high-profile cosmetic clinic. Paid 1800 for 4 exilis session in Mayfair clinic. The clinic is stunning and all the staff are lovely. The results were very subtle and if I had the chance again I wouldn’t bother again as it’s so expensive for minimal results. I would have preferred to be treated by the same lady for all my treatments, as I noticed a vast difference in skill and results between staff.

I went for my second ultracel q+ session and the envy facial! I’ve been here before as Dr Nyla has been recommended so many times and i’ve seen her on TV before. I believe it was Karolina i had today. She was absolutely amazing and she explained everything in depth and we were also able to have a really nice chat which made it go so smoothly and quick. I did find the ultracel a little uncomfortable in some areas but Karolina was so nice and offered to stop when i asked. Your staff are always so kind and understanding, i really like the atmosphere and the clinic is so lovely. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. I would recommend dr nylas clinic! Constantly excellent customer service and everyone there always makes sure you’re feeling comfortable which makes me feel as though i’m in safe hands! I don’t trust anyone else with my skin! You’re in good hands and it’s comforting to know that everyone is medically trained. Standards are outstanding and you won’t get better anywhere else! I must say I had best experience at dr Nyla Medispa. I been taking laser resurfacing treatment here and was 6 sessions, from that 4 sessions done by Emma and she is best with her job, she did well with my face, she kept a track of my skin, how strong it can take on each session. Based on how my skin react to the strength of laser resurfacing, and gave the treatment accordingly. Not only that she listen to my requirements and treatment the area the most extra care needed. I wasn’t satisfied with the other 2 sessions don't by someone else and I was well annoyed but Emma balanced it out and my skin feel great and amazing and I definitely recommend this place as we can trust with our skin and most of the staff with great hospitality.

Results: noticed skin tightness, brightened skin, less acne, no visibility of fine lines and skin looks ways younger.

I have been coming to medispa for nearly 4 years. Initially I had the transformation facelift and it was honestly as the name says transformational . I look the best I had ever looked but last year I tried a place closer to my house. Honestly they ruined my face. I was absolutely gutted because dr nyla and dr Vadim had spent years making me look amazing and I was devastated trying to save me a bit of time and to be honest a lot cheaper going to the clinic in my area .
I came back to medispa this year I explained what had happened and i have to be honest the staff were so understanding. I was not judged for trying cheaper but instead the doctors fully took me under their wing and within 3 months I look the same way before the local clinic ruined the hard work medispa had spent years creating .
My message to anyone wanting a natural and affordable treatment that makes you look refreshed when your 50 plus and not stupid or trying to be 20 is wear cheap underwear but don’t go cheap on your face .. it’s too important. The doctors & nurses at Medispa are literally experts in what they do . They care and are compassionate. They do not judge and try their best to make changes which you can continually tweak, but will never make you feel like you’re trying to be someone else.
Honestly they made me feel the best I’ve ever felt because I’m actually embracing the true me.
