This is my second vehicle with DM Keith, the first vehicle was brilliant and despite some early concerns regarding a repair on my second brand new lease vehicle with DM Keith; I was able to get this fixed and the company were able to assist me financially thanks to Carly in corporate.

I was interested in part exchanging to an electric car and saw a car I liked on the DM Keith website. I was called by Simon who asked a couple of questions and we organised a meeting the following day, to have a look at the part exchange information and test drive the car. He suggested I reserve the car (paying a standard refundable £99) so no one can buy it in the mean time. At this point there was no pressure or hard sell.

The following day I test drove the car, asked a load of questions and started the paperwork to buy the car. Again there was never a point where there was a hard sell. He went through all the 'extras' that could be bought (GAAP and a range of covers for various parts of the car). I couldn't be flexible with monthly PCP payment so I left it with Simon to have a look at the numbers again. Again there was no pressure from him and we were able to agree on the numbers. I collected the car next day.

I've always found car buying stressful but this was easy. Even the part where there's a back and forth between buyer and sales man, with costs/cover etc

Simon, thank you for being so easy to work with. This is by far my best experience with a car dealer.

Bought my Byd from the Hull Depo never again wanted a pcp ended up on HP without my knowledge.
Orderd the car 12 weeks in advance of needing it was told it would be ready to collect on that date. Surprise surprise it did not arrive for another 8 weeks
There was no car handover (until I complained) non of what was promised on ordering the car was factual the full tank of petrol the full charge

All in all I'd never buy a car from Hull DM Keith again quiet possibly the worst car dealer in the UK

Really good company to deal with. Chris Varley at the Bradford branch assisted me to buy a new Skoda Fabia. He was excellent throughout. When I first enquired, he got back to me immediately and spoke to his manager about sourcing another car in the same range which he managed to arrange the same day. Chris kept me updated about the delivery of the car and the other practical steps related to the purchase. If I called or emailed, he would always reply within the hour. When the car arrived, he did a video walkround for me which was assuring. Angelika Jankowska then dealt with the formalities on the handover day ie payment, registration and car tax etc. She also set me up on the Skoda App and explained all the car's functions. She was really efficient, friendly and helpful.

I wanted to express my sincere thanks and appreciation for the outstanding service I received during my visit to your showroom on Saturday, 27th July AM. I believe the gentleman who assisted us was named Jake (apologies if I have the name slightly wrong).

He was extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions – including some quite challenging ones – with clarity and patience. He helped to resolve all my doubts regarding both the Sealion 7 and the Seal models.

What impressed me most was his professionalism and genuine willingness to help, even after I explained that I would be placing my BYD order through a leasing company, meaning he wouldn't directly benefit from the sale. Despite that, he remained supportive, friendly, and informative throughout the entire conversation.

Thanks to the information and reassurance he provided, I’ve now placed an order for the BYD Sealion 7 and I’m excited to start this new experience.

Please pass on my thanks to this gentleman, and congratulations to BYD for having such excellent, customer-focused staff.

Hi, My son took delivery of a lease vehicle supplied by this garage on Friday 18th July. The delivery driver was extremely poor in all aspects.
I have leased many vehicles previously but never met anyone so poor.
He contacted my son at around 3pm that day and said the vehicle would be delivered at 5.30pm. We waited and waited and at 6.15pm my son rang him and was told he was still en route to collect the car, some 90 mile away from us! Apparently the delivery driver spoke extremely poor English and was hard to understand. He didn't apologise.
The car turned up at 7.50pm.
The driver was indeed very hard to understand, never apologised for being late, and couldn't explain why he didn't ring and keep my son informed of delays.
The remains of whatever he had been eating were still on the drivers seat. He had zero inter- personal skills.
He had no knowledge of the vehicle controls etc and made no attempt to try to explain.
He had no idea what was in the package in the boot-First Aid kit.
I have no idea why you would employ someone like this to represent you and this one experience would stop me from ever doing business with you again.
A terrible experience.
Complaint sent to garage with the usual we will get back to you. A week later and no one ever did.

We just got our new Skoda elroq from the Leeds brand Andy who was our sales person was brilliant from start to finish and we wish him the best if your thinking of getting a Skoda this branch was amazing always keeping us updated on the status of our new car thank you d m Keith !

I have a call from a lady from the site today (Skoda Wakfield) telling me that my Brake fluid change was due and kept trying to book the vehicle in.

1. When I purchased the fixed price service plan from you last year there was no mention that this would be excluded.
2. When I had the car serviced there was no mention that this was required.
3. The lady said that it would have been noted on my post service video, which was never provided.
4. The only feedback that I received post service was to check my tracking as there was some excessive wear on the front tyres, but no offer to complete this.

So in summary;

1. Poor selling of the maintenance plan. How it is a fixed price service plan if items are excluded, by age and the number of services included it was always going to fall due with the time.
2. Appalling safety miss when the car was in for service.
3. Then just an attempt to get me booked in again and give you more money for your mistakes.

I will not be back.

issue resolved regarding dash warning

We recently bought a BYD Atto design from the Grimsby branch and wanted to acknowledge the great service we had from Nathan, Jake and Mike. Very welcoming, courteous and friendly throughout. We specified the type and a car was located quickly to our specifications. There was no high pressure sales, the part ex deal was carried out with no problem and we are very pleased with the results. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

I have got to tell you that this has been the smoothest and pleasurable car buying experience I've ever encountered.
My husband phoned to enquire about a car he was interested in. He spoke to Nathan who made arrangements for us to view the car. On the day the car stood out as it sat there in a prominent clear position looking immaculate and clean inside aswell as out. We didn't have to look for Nathan as he greeted us both like he knew us. He showed us around the car and all the points of interest followed by a test drive which my husband was really pleased with.
Following a call later from Nathan we returned for a longer test drive this time deciding to buy the car.
Nathan has been friendly and professional throughout and didnt forget anything about us. He was like an old friend! We have to mention that all the staff at BYD were friendly too and very smartly dressed.
The handover experience was thorough and controls explained.
Great old fashioned friendly service. I'd highly recommend this dealership.
The final surprise was a large bouquet of flowers presented to us from Nathan and Jake

Car booked in for annual Service and MOT.. as usual Elliot ( Skoda Bradford ) arranged for my car to be collected from home so no hassle for me.. Kevin picked it up ( such a nice friendly guy.. )
Elliot kept me updated throughout the day on any issues etc.
Unfortunately the car did have a few issues wrong and had to keep the car an extra day ., but Elliot as always sorted it all out and the service team were so professional and got it through its MOT thankfully and my Fabia was delivered back to me early morning on the 3rd..
I can’t praise Elliot enough, he’s always so thorough and polite, he’s certainly a credit to Skoda ..

My son bought a car in March from DM Keith Whitehall Road since then the casket broke causing a leak, there was a fault in the steering he took it to Ford repair shop Whitehall Road as he wanted it checking for going to London they said everything was fine and hour into the journey his the fault with his steering happened again. Obviously when selling the cars they are not checking them or repairing them and they've the cheek to charge for the repairs that should have been done before selling the car . Think carefully before buying a death trap from this dealer

My Best car purchase ever !
Just bought my first car from D M Kieth, In Bradford. James the salesman kept me in the picture regarding the car I was interested in at all times and when the time came invited me along for a test drive answering all my questions about the car much to my satisfaction and then organized a deal with his Manager for me that I was more than happy with finally leaving me in the hands of Jake who organized the documentation needed to send me legally on my way ( Tax, insurance and warranty options etc . ) Best car buying experience I’ve ever had and from a really friendly Team of people many thanks to all involved . From the first phone call to the delivery day, everyone at DM Keith BYD (Leeds) was brilliant! Although they are not my local dealer, by some distance, they got my business because they were honest, genuine, really well-informed, and communicated brilliantly (unlike my local dealer!)
Special mention to Sam and Fozia who were both a pleasure to deal with!
