Poor customer service!
I went to purchase an item from DJKit on Sunday, which was clearly advertised with free delivery. On reaching checkout, I was unable to proceed without paying £7.99 for delivery, so sent a message to the store to ask for a resolution. I received no response to my message, and have today returned to the item's page to see the previously advertised free delivery has been removed.
I appreciate that it's within the store's rights to do this, but it's a poor show to not honour what has been advertised to a customer, and poor customer service to make that change with no response to my original communication.
I'll now be making my purchase elsewhere and will not be using DJKit again. Extremely disappointing.

Great Service and really helpful staff
I needed some new Pioneer DJ kit and so I contacted DJ Kit and they were great. I got really fast responses to my e-mails and they were very quick and helpful and the kit was shipped really quickly. Very pleased. I will use them again.

Excellent customer service 10/10
I recently purchased a XDJ AZ and case and carry case ,highly impressed with the speed the items came and also some great wisdom shared by Byron before purchasing .
