I placed an order through ther website, but I have not yet received an order confirmation. I have tried to get hold of them by all means possible, but no response anywhere. Very bad behavior!

Ordinato kit da fare a punto e croce....tela/punto croce contato disegnato/fili...non ha niente a vedere con il quadro sul loro sito che ha tonalità blu/azzurro/bianco..il mio kit ha colori marrone/giallo/blu/verde. Non l'ho nemmeno finito perché a metà lavoro vedevo che stava venendo brutto. Soldi e tempo buttati! Peccato non posso upload le foto.

Three months ago, I bought a cross-stitch kit with a Mario Bros pattern. As I progressed with the embroidery, I realized that one of the thread colors was insufficient. I contacted the store to ask if they could send me more of that color, and to my surprise, they not only sent me the thread I needed but also included extra threads of all the colors in the pattern, just in case I faced the same issue with another color in the future.

I wasn't sure if it was a real site at first. especially since there were so many products to choose from. i ordered 4 and got one free and theyre amazing. they arrived within two weeks. theyre really good quality and the sets have everything you need. Even when you aren't good at embroidery, the explanation and tips are very clear. i will definitely order again. this site should be more popular
