Crossdmc Arvostelua 10

I've ordered from Crossdmc several times, delivery takes 2-3 weeks but the cross stitch kits I've received have always been of good quality.

I have used this site several times for cross stitch pictures and never had any problems. I decided to try their customise option and send a photo to convert to a cross stitch pattern. For some reason the photo did not upload. I received a swift response to send the picture by e-mail and a further swift response to say that the photo had been received. I will update this review when I receive the cross stitch pattern.

I bought 2 kits from this site 2 years ago. The kit was good quality materials and threads.

I found i had a problem (the pattern was unreadable) i contacted them after 2 years and they sorted it out straight away and send me a digital pattern.

Great patterns. Always deliver and their stamped cross stitches are brilliant.

Such a wide range of choice of patterns available on their website. I chose 3 kits and used the offer buy 2 get 1 free, as it was so difficult to choose which one I liked best.
It said shipping would take 10 days, and kits arrived bang on day 10.
There was a tracking number for the parcel so I could see it throughout its journey.
I’ve started kit one and am so far impressed.
I will be purchasing again!

My mum has placed an order 5 weeks ago, still no delivery, no replies to emails regarding the order and the money has been taken from her account. No replied to numerous emails and no other way of contacting them
