Dixie chicken in green st London -
Bad experience. Fries were soggy & not cooked properly. Tables were no clean, remnants of food & tray from previous customers & as for burger No comment.
Dixie should shut this place down.

I was very excited for my food, i just had a long day at work and was crying for some food, the chicken tasted mediocre at best,the fries were soggy and there was a black hair in my chicken wings. Most of the chicken was just the ribcage and tasted bad. The only thing that was decent was the coke i ordered. Not happy with this experience, Do NOT reccomend. Regards. alpha alfie

Burger a complete mess, covered in a huge amount of unrequested sauce, all over top of bun and inside box. Salad all over box. Bit into burger, both patties completely burnt, inedible.
Chips were soggy and seemed like yesterdays reheated.
I would give most places a second chance, but the state of the food suggests a SERIOUS lack of attention, no way would I risk eating from here again.

Disgusting customer service, my 16 year old son ordered a take away but he thought it didn't go through so reordered I called them up to be shouted at by the manager and told it was our fault.

Ordered and only half an order turned up have autistic children who were disappointed. Rang dixy chicken in burntoak they admitted they forgot the rest of our order but refused to resend our food told us to complain to just eat baring in mind they admitted that the items were there. Absolutely shocking and a disappointing at the way we were treated

Found bugs on top of can and on lettuce of the kabab

Orderd a kebab with pitta bread. What I got was dry cold kebab meat piled on top of cold fries with a slice of onion and dead lettuce. Also they delivered it to a different address I had to go and collect it.

Long waiting time, food arrived cold, wrong items, items missing including a kebab! How can you miss it??!!! This is a second time we had problems from here and this was a last time we have ordered from there! Disgusting service over the phone and the state of the place itself needs inspection!

The Food was hot, fresh and tasty which is an excellent rating
The restaurant was clean and tidy

Phoned for a delivery order.
Came all wrong phoned back up was told they would re deliver it. Got a phone back to say 'they checked it was in the bag' we told them 3 things were missing. We were then told to go the shop & sort it out.
Terrible service

Visited dixy chicken studehill Manchester worst take ever oil tasted old or chip's reheated from day before service shocking for a few quid more might as well go KFC much better

Ordered for chicken and chips. The taste was absolutely horrific, oil tasted like old used one. Visited the toilet few minutes after having meal. Smelly chips+near sour chicken.

Careful with those dips guys,there was a hair in mine, how disgusting!!
Lack of hygiene

Ordered food at 12.00 and I was still waiting at 12.35. I looked outside and saw my food on the garden path in a bag. It was stone cold. I phoned the shop in Eccles Manchester and the owner could not have cared less. He kept saying ‘What you want me to do mate, it’s Uber fault, call them’. I kept saying it’s your takeaway, so it’s your problem that the delivery is cold. He replied ‘No mate, it’s Uber’. The owner couldn’t have cared less. I ordered chicken and chips and gravy. The chips were rubbery and slimy, the chicken stringy and coated in massively over spiced breadcrumbs. Despite this, I was so hungry I ate a piece of chicken. I should’ve known better. After an hour I was vomiting and going to the toilet for ages. DO NOT order food from this place.

I went to dixy Chicken for years now It been was nice then the food started going down bank they mustn't be able to afford any freezers because anytime I keep going in the chips are always left out god help what other food is left out

I live in The Mercian, everyday I use to have dinner at Dixy's..... Today 10th April.....after Easter party at Heidi's ( Bar next to Dixy Chicken ( Broad Street) we went for dinner as usual but few Pakistani security guys ( Around 4-5) didn't let us in just because we were Indians (They knew our origins because they happily spoke to us about it in a causal chat in Heidi's)
They stopped us while entering Dixy's chicken for dinner at late night.
(Security guys at this outlet are racist) we went to Food Republic for dinner afterwards.
I would request all Indians not to visit Dixy Chicken Broad Street Outlet just to avoid any kind of heated argument with those security guys)
This happened on Easter Night 10th APR 23 ( around 3AM )
