Dixy Chicken Arvostelua 

Regrettably, my recent experience with Dixy Chicken was a series of disappointments. Despite clear instructions, they failed to adhere to them, leaving me with uneatable food that arrived super cold after an hour-long delay. To make matters worse, there was no attempt to communicate for the tardiness. Suffice it to say, I won't be giving them another chance. I wish that I could have given less than 1 star... They do not even deserve this one star...

ABSOLUTELY NOT STEVEN. there was NO even stevens and the chicken was served to me on a school bus and my friend Eisa Eastwood was throwing chicken at the employees. My burger had a dog bone inside it and the drink was half empty

Got some chicken from there late last night and it’s my biggest regret. I’ve spent the whole day throwing up and on the toilet I can’t even keep water down. It has ruined me.

Horrible food. Staff lazy and in need of some customer service mentoring. Honestly the worst food i have ever put in my mouth. You should see what they are doing behind there stores to throwing food and waste into our streets no respect for the community

Guys, please, just please. Let this chain go down. Just let it go. There’s no benefit to society with this chain existing in the UK, it’s just not worth it. Try other chicken shops.

Honestly Ilford lane branch they not even deserve to be rated by 1 star, worst chicken shop in ilford, besides the bad hygiene and wrong order being made the staff was really rude to and didn’t wanted to prepare the correct food and change it

U should try dixy... trust me when I say they are under new management, recently my family bought food from dixy, the customer service was amazing and they were very nice, the food has improved over the coming months... (they accept card,cash and have disability access) there recent menu updated they have added smash burgers and pizza, they're manager/boss is very nice, they're offered food for a tasters and overall this was a 10/10

Me n my family decided to get some food from dixy it was quite good I'm a family 8 n got a quite good deal the customer service is very n the food itself comes in good size.

I ordered lunch deal 3 and I got recooked food . It was a very bad experience 😕 i was so disappointed 😞

EPI served us in a very unpleasant and unprofessional manner!!! DID NOT EVEN GIVE US ANY SAUCE FOR A FAMILY ORDER of CHICKEN FOR TAKE AWAY!!!!!! SO RUDE!!!!

Ok so checked this place out today as its UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT.
An actually to my surprise it definitely is under new management as the food was good I got a pizza 🍕 this was thin base cooked well an fresh I also got the burger deal they fillet were cooked well taster good my kids r fussy they enjoyed it and i also got donner meat, the donner was fresh an cut thin wich actually tasted good not like some places thick an dry. I definitely think should give this place another go the boss himself came out was very friendly also gave me free chicken wings an chicken strips they also were very tasty. This place by far has changed an definitely deserve another chance. They have alot of choice an very reasonable priced. Will recommend an will buy again.

Very rude staff put phone down when complaining less find served and started denying, later agreed they made a mistake and ask me come and collect food from the shop they cannot deliver again. Staff very bad behaviour and attitude. Not the first time they served less food this happens to me few times now.

Northampton dixys had a couple of times before and the last 2 times we have thrown up and got food poisoning no good

They food is amazing I order from them and it can around 10 to 15 mins!

Dixy chicken in Colne, Lancashire steal your change when you purchase meal deals through them, or better yet employ delivery drivers that drop your food off cold, and with excuses like “I don’t have any change” to profit from your hard earned cash for an order that is undoubtedly wrong, each and every time. Would rather starve than eat their food.

I'VE BEEN GOING TO DIXY FRIED CHICKEN TAKEAWAY,ON MANCHESTER ROAD SINCE AROUND 2004,ALTHOUGH I CUT DOWN A LITTLE ABOUT EIGHT YEARS AGO.IN THE MAIN,EVERY TIME THE FOOD WAS FANTASTIC.I DIDN'T RECOGNISE ANY OF THE STAFF LAST WEEK,ONLY SIX WEEKS AFTER MY PREVIOUS VISIT WHERE THE CHIPS WERE EXCELLENT.I DON'T KNOW IF THERE HAS BEEN A CHANGE OF MANAGEMENT BUT THE FOOD WAS DREADFUL.HOW MANY TIMES MUST DIXY,KFC AND MACDONALDS BE TOLD TO NEVER SELL TOUGH,DRY CARDBOARD CHIPS WHICH WERE BEAUTIFUL,HOT AND CRISP TWENTY FIVE MINUTES AGO?NEVER EVER EVER SERVE FRIED CHICKEN AND DIXY WINGS WHICH ARE ON THEIR THIRD OR FOURTH FRYING AND ARE NOW ROCK SOLID AND DRY,NOT FRESH,MOIST AND SUCCULENT,ONLY TO LOSE CUSTOMERS ANYWAY.THAT WAS THE WORST FRIED CHICKEN AND CHIPS THAT I'VE EVER TASTED.THIS IS A SUPER WEALTHY FIRST WORLD COUNTRY,IN THE TWENTY FIRST CENTURY.MAKING FOOD ,ONLY FOR CUSTOMERS TO SPEND MONEY,THEN JUST HAVE TO BIN IS,IS JUST INFANTILE PROTOCOL.ONCE AGAIN,WHATEVER IT WAS IN ENGLAND AND GREAT BRITAIN,IT WAS ABSOLUTELY APPALLING AS USUAL!

Ordered food tonight and my burger was pink. Sat on toilet for 15 minutes feeling sick. Didn’t even solve the issue. Just said thanks and that was it. Wouldn’t recommend getting food from here

Ordered the combo meal, from Chillingham Road not only what the gentleman very abrupt but only put two bits of chicken seeing I'd come up from work in my dinner time new I would not be able to go back again always check your order before leaving they are quite dishonest

The chicken is good but too salty and the pizza is very bad.

I wish i can put a picture this restaurant would close down.
