Dixy Chicken Arvostelua

Proper lovely cuzzy. Defo gonna come back. Ain’t had a scran like this since my bird left me. 10/10

Got a burger from the Dixy Chicken on Chilli road in Newcastle and the guy at the back went from texting on his phone for 5 minutes to making my burger without even washing his hands... No gloves either. Never again 🤢🤢

The staff are lovely and I love the grilled peri rice box it’s always fresh, my go to order after a long shift and Icl tastes better than pepes dare I say 🫣

Great food service

@kaaloyan on snap enjoyed the experience in the bathroom with the dwarf ppll

awesome chicken, very yummy
service good

Bad food not fresh need to clean the shop

Awful place , ordered on uber eats and they only delivered half my order, i called them they apologised then told me to come shop to collect and after going to the shop they was denying it. Ridiculous tramps

Made order for delivery, took over two hours then driver banged on door multiple times, rang doorbell 5 times in the space of 2 seconds.

Opened the door and told him that was completely unnecessary and he gave the most attitude I have ever seen.

Rang shop to complain about his behaviour and he is now claiming that I smashed his mirror.

Avoid these scumbags like the plague

Absolutely filthy the customer service is disgraceful there attitude to a customer is absolutely, to me I found it very abusing and then they put the phone down on me!!! Plus I see something crawling on the floor!!!

The attitude of the staff is appalling
Just dump your food on the side no sauces nothing it's gone down hill to be honest
And never pay in cash as they nick your change
Last time I use them
Maybe I'm being over generous with 2 stars
Oh just for the record harlow in essex
Avoid!!!!!

Dixy Chicken (Eccles). I can highly recommend especially their loaded fries which are great value for money and taste delicious as does their meat feast pizza. Great portions and even better prices.

Perfect for people who want food poisoning 👍

Ordered online from dixy in Stockton. We got 2 x pizza and chicken and chips. As usual the food was hot, fresh and very tasty. The chips are lush with the peri salt. Pizza's are delicious. Delivery staff are lovely too. Our new favourite takeaway. Thank you

Great customer service and good food!
The owner can recommend food if you are unsure, tell him what you like

Chips were excellent 👌. Chicken was crispy aswell as juicy 😋. No problems. Price was excellent. Food was amazing 👏. Nice clean area on the shop. Respectful workers.Made fast. Linthorpe road middlesbrough.

This is specific to the store front in Ilford. They do not have the Halal certificate. When I asked they couldn't find it. It is quite possible they didn't renew their certificate, therefore not being assessed for their food standards by Halal food standard authorities. Yet they still have the badge on the door. This is actually insensitive and disingenuous and they should have their trading licence revoked.

Chicken was raw and chips were very cold don’t waste your money here go somewhere different

Worst customer service ever specially at Cheetham hill, Manchester branch. Very much disappointed. Illiterate staff and management. NOT recommended to anyone to order food from this fraud branch of Dixy Chicken.
