Divan Beds Centre Arvostelua 

Phoned the company and a ‘specialist’ was suppose to phoned me back. Promptly a gentleman did.
I wanted to order some bespoke sized ( as advertised) divan bases 120 cm x 200 cm. I was told they only dealt in foot and inches. I asked if they could translate my metric given size but I was told to turn to an other company as they could not do it. So UNPROFESSIONAL! Great Britain changed into the metric system 1965! You would expect a ‘specialist’ would know after 58 years!

We live at an address that is difficult to access for deliveries. Customer care helped to meet our needs throughout the ordering process and made sure our delivery was made in a small van that could access our road. Ordering, tracking and delivery were all very smooth. Would definitely return as a customer

I needed to buy a 6 foot zip and link bed and Divan centre had one for the same price as two single mattresses. I received with free delivery on the date I wanted and got the bed and the zip mattresses all for a great price. Delivery was great, very friendly and took the five boxes, including the headboards to a room at the back of the house. A better service than some large national companies who still haven’t delivered as promised! I have now put them all together with the headboards. I’m really happy with the quality and material and structure. Thank you very much.

This is our 3rd purchase with this company and I cannot rate it enough, the beds are very high quality and the mattress is just a dream. Our bed was delivered quickly but unfortunately arrived damaged in transit. The company responded to all my email incredibly quickly each time, mostly within minutes!!!!!!! And sometimes it was early morning or late at night!!!!!- and organised it be picked up. They offered either replacement or full refund. I opted for latter and pleased to say its arrived back in my account in full. Very pleased with customer service by email.

Got a Windsor Zip Link bed for guest staying. Was excellent quality for the price. Guest said it was really comfy.
