Avoid at all costs, bed is inferior, and not fit for purpose. Could have made better myself. Phoned to complain. Can only imagine they're having a right good laugh at peoples expense! Shameful company sending shit like this out. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Ordering etc online was very straightforward. Delivery time was within days. The delivery staff were extremely fast (blink and you missed them) with the bed and mattresses literally thrown into the bedroom! They could not be communicated with very easily as their English was very poor.
However, the mattresses and headboard are lovely. The divan base looks quite flimsy so only time will tell.
Overall I am impressed with my purchase for my granddaughters use.

Ordered small double divan with trundle bed. It was delivered within a few days. I had to contact customer service to change delivery date which they did with no problem. I also had to contact them about assembly as I (incorrectly) thought they had sent wrong size but it was my mistake. They were excellent to deal with and even refunded the extra delivery fee I paid for evening delivery when the delivery driver phoned me on the day to change the time of delivery. The bed itself was easy to assemble and it’s exactly what I wanted. 5 ⭐️ service. Would happily recommend them and buy from them again. Thanks to Aamir who took the time quickly responding to my call and follow up emails. Great service.

The Divan Centre outsource deliveries to BJS Home Delivery My delivery was scheduled today between 3pm and 6pm. I gave very clear directions on the tracking order information and to follow What3Words. The delivery person phoned me but he had followed the SatNav instead and not followed the What3Words as instructed. When I said to him, please follow the What3Words and it will bring you straight to the property he immediately cut me off, which was rude of him. I do not live here and so I phoned BJS immediately to explain the situation and that I am only here for one day but the person I spoke to said that delivery today would not be possible as the delivery driver had now gone to another area. This leaves me with no option but to cancel my credit card order, which was over £700. This has been a very bad experience and I am quite upset by the terrible service. If they do, however, come back today then I will change my rating to reflect it.

Been using this single divan bed since I got out of hospital 5 weeks ago and it has collapsed. The frame split at the base followed by the rest of the bed slowly following.

Seems that JD & I made the same purchase around a similar time - the Windsor Trundle bed really is awful. I don't expect it to last at all, with cheap wood that was misaligned and splintered upon arrival. The flimsy top made us baulk, too. The upholstery work is truly shocking: overlapping, wonky, seeming in places ripped rather than cut to fit.

Customer service was adequate, and offered a full refund to return (or a small partial refund to keep). Contact ahead of delivery from both company and couriers was excellent, hence the extra star.

We were sucked in by the value, but perhaps you get what you pay for?

Everything ordered arrived on time..plenty of notice given of arrival times etc.helpful putting bed, mattress and headboard upstairs ..

I specifically ordered this two-piece frame design because that is the style I wanted. However, I paid £240 for this version because it was supposed to be reinforced. That is where the issue lies.I do not see anything reinforced about this construction at all. It looks absolutely identical to my old bed frame. In fact, my old single-piece bed was twice as cheap—costing half the price AND it included a mattress. That cheaper bed broke after only a few months of use.Because this new frame looks exactly the same (the drawers from my old bed even fit into it perfectly), I am highly concerned it has the same weak design and will break just as quickly. I paid double the money expecting stronger quality, but instead, I got the exact same cheap frame without a mattress. It is completely overpriced for what you get.

I never write bad reviews but this Windsor trundle guest bed product is really bad.
Unfortunately the quality is awful. The underside is made of exposed, rough, soft wood, which is very shakey, and I joke not- the surface under the mattress is made of cardboard!
I cannot in good conscience put our guests on it as they will surely break it and be embarrassed.
Unfortunately this does not amount to a fault, though there is no description product specifics as if there had, I really would not have spent £300 on it.
The delivery was fine. The mattresses are fine. But the divan bed is shocking.
I was hoping for space saving convenience, but instead I really wish I’d bought a wayfair bedframe (for less).

I was a little hesitant placing an order after having a really poor experience with another bed company, where I am still dealing with issues around an order and refund.

I ordered fabric samples from Divan Bed Centre a few weeks beforehand, and they arrived quickly, which gave me confidence to go ahead. I then called to check the expected delivery time and was told 7–10 working days — but the bed actually arrived in less than a week!

The bed is lovely, really well made, and came with clear instructions that made assembly straightforward. The quality is excellent and I’m very happy with my purchase.

The divan base was made of timber cut against the grain rather than with the grain. Consequently it was very weak and split after only 3 days use. This is basic woodcraft and makes one wonder who is constructing these bases. The divan base is now totally useless. My advice to prospective purchasers is CAVEAT EMPTOR.

Good product very well priced and swift delivery. Brilliant communication with customer support. Can't fault our purchase. The bed arrived very well packaged.

Absolutely brilliant company. A couple of the screw plates were loose and couldn't be tightened on the trundle bed. No messing, the company took it on board and today only 2 days later they are sending us a new trundle. Wow. Fantastic customer service. A truly great British company. It pays to stay local. Will be recommending. The bed is great and mattress is of good quality and very comfy.

I have had a series of bad Internet shopping experiences recently - these guys bucked that trend.

They Communicated in a clear and timely fashion. Goods were as expected, and were delivered when they said. Minor customer service issue sorted promptly and without fuss

Ordered a zip and link mattress after a staying at mother in laws new place. She had invested in a load of new beds for her BNB from divan centre UK. She she came across them though a friend who also owns an air bnb. I was so impressed with the mattress as it was super comfy. Can't comment on the divan bases and tbh, I think cheaper divan bases are a bit risky anyway...but the mattresses are brilliant and really good value. We got the Savoy. Service was good too and the mattress come flat/unrolled.

The quality of the divan is not what I expected. The inside of the divan is exposed so the wooden frame is showing. A little more time and material would have finished the bed.
