The worst most dishonorable monsters in the business. Will lie to you about everything. The warranty is fake. They barely know how to change tires or rims apparently and will say it's "extremely confusing" when trying to do basic services. They will happily lie to you about everything one time and pretend not to know you when you come back even though they'll ask you for things you never needed, just wasting your time. This is one of the most worthless companies in existence, avoid at all costs.

Just got a set of four new tires from the Scottsdale location on Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd, and I couldn't be happier. The setup and service were smooth, and the car is rolling perfectly now. Big thanks to the team for taking great care of everything!

North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582 Location, they have gone way downhill from when they had first opened and don't be misled by them claiming to have a four star rating, most of those are from way in the past or are being published shills, because this place has truly become horrible! I am publishing this, hoping to protect others from being scammed and victimized by these treacherous thieves.

As a past customer who has given them a high rating my most recent experience shows how quickly a company can go downhill when not managed correctly. I bought four brand new tires for almost $1,800 a month ago and brought one in because it got a screw in it, I asked them to patch it, The guy who was supposed to be helping me looked bewildered. He said he would try to assist me, but then finally went to talk to someone else, clearly conspiring as they whispered and walked away when I approached and finally he came back and said they don't feel safe patching it and they want to sell me a brand new tire. I told them the tire is a month old and there's no way I'm spending over $400 for a brand new tire when there is only a screw in it and can easily be plugged up patched, he said " for safety reasons " that they don't want to take the chance. Absolute nonsense, clearly trying to sell me a brand new tire that is not necessary. The screw is a perfect clean puncture with no rips or tears, literally the text book perfect hole you can easily patch.

I went down the street to Blacks tire, which is another local chain in our area, and they had me patched and on the road in 30 minutes.

Avoid this place at all cost they have become desperate for sales and will try to cheat and screw their customers any chance they get. Sad because they used to be pretty decent and I've always brought my four vehicles to them for all my time needs, but they will never see me again after this blatant attempt upsell me for no reason.

First, watching the workers move around it the speed of snails is really aggravating. Would be acceptable if they actually knew what they are doing. I have bought several sets of tires there to later find that they dont know how to fix flats or maybe the company lawyers wont allow them to. Not only was I told they could not repair (free) the screw in the tire but also would not do the rotation (free) because of it. This situation has occurred twice only for me to go to the capable competitor down the street for the repair, no problem, except I had to pay for the service that Discount tire was supposed to do...for free! I'm done, will be buying my tires from the competitor from now on...

My wife and I went to Discount Tires in Martinsburg WV and ordered tires. They went down the price and and gave me a total which i had already done my math so i knew what it should be. it was almost 300 higher. i asked the guy to tell me how he got the prices. As he was quickly going down the list tires, install certificate, disposal. i said i dont want the certificates. He asked why, i replied i just dont want it. We leave, tires come in and my wife has to take it by herself this time. Well it started all over for her. The first guy says we have to do an inspection before you put the tires on. He says you need to get the wipers replaced($100+) and why did you refuse the certificates. She replied my husband just changed them 2 months ago, he says he has to get his manager to take it off. The manager comes out and says why are you refusing the certificates. Your making a mistake.
These people are bullies and take advantage of people that dont know they dont have to get anything they dont want. They make it sound like someone has to get these things to get serviced. I can imagine how many elderly they have taken advantage of.
Lets get to those certificates around 50 to 75 per tire, yes they will fix or replace them but how many people blow more than 1 tire out there in normal driving? If you blow one and you bought the certificates you already paid for that 1 tire in total certificates. Now if you happen to blow 2 tires, then it may be worth it, but i like my odds and I will always refuse this bs! Judging by the ratings Im seeing and the common stories its safe to say they dont care about reviews or customer service because we all continue to go there for whatever reason. I will drive 10 more miles and hit a different or support my local shop. These guys are bullies and thugs and take advantage of women, elderly and any other naive person that walks in! i wish so bad I was able to be there when those tires were installed!

I bought tires at Green Bay east store 2 days ago and had them installed. I did not have time to wait an extra hour or more to have them aligned so I went back at 7:45 am to be first in line when they opened. I was first in line first through the door and they gave someone else priory and said it will be 30-45 minutes. I left and will NEVER go back even if every other tire store burns down. Horrible customer service!!!!!!!

A while back, I went to Discount Tire to go get some aftermarket wheels purchased elsewhere mounted on my car with the existing tires. Mind you, my existing tires were only a couple months old and still fairly new. Discount Tire refused to work on it, stating my car was way out of alignment. Attempted to show me the wear that they claimed was uneven and they claimed the tires were cupping. They insisted on giving me a quote and quoted me over $1k for their "cheapest" tires, before installation is even included. The tires looked fine. I went elsewhere and got the tires mounted, and they stated that the tires were wearing properly and that an alignment was not needed.

Fast forward to now, a few years and many miles later, I'm needing to replace those tires. Reluctantly, I went to Discount Tire's website to see what they had. I saw they had a set of four for way less than competing tire shops, like $300 less.

Says the tires will arrive at the store for installation next week. Perfect. So when I go to add the replacement certificates and go to check out... BAM, tires are suddenly on back order and I am forbidden from going any further. So after fighting with the annoying TreadWell pop ups on the site, I select the next step up from the now suddenly backordered tires. I get quoted almost $400 more than the other ones WITHOUT the certificates.

Seems like Discount Tire is only interested in trying to scam people or deceive them. That doesn't work on me. I'll go back to my usual tire shop and NEVER give Discount Tire another chance. I've already talked everyone I know out of going to Discount Tire.

Worst mood right now i had a 430 appointment today and they got me out of ther at 620 🤬and they close at 6 for 2 tires
I over heard a women come in at 515 with a appointment also and for some reason she got in before me for 4 tires when I brought it up to Jim the manager he simple said we messed up well make it up next time
Don't bother with this business for tires it's a clown show poorly ran and un professional same ure time and find a different location what a joke

Took tires and wheels in to have tires replaced for my 31 Chevy. Limited places to lift car so I just took them the wheels. Got them back filthy and black marks all over my wheels. Spent an hour cleaning them up and Installing. Noticed the weights were falling off so I took them back in. Waited another hour for them to rebalance the tires .Not going back. This store is in Pflugerville on 685.

I had an outstanding experience at Discount Tire thanks to Steve Torruella and Kadin Leveille. From the moment I walked in, both were professional, courteous, and focused on providing exceptional customer service.

They took the time to answer my questions, explain my options, and made sure I received the best solution for my vehicle without any pressure. The entire process was prompt, efficient, and handled with a level of professionalism that is hard to find these days.

Steve and Kadin are true assets to Discount Tire. Their attention to detail, friendly attitude, and commitment to customer satisfaction made this one of the best service experiences I've had. I highly recommend Discount Tire and especially Steve and Kadin to anyone looking for honest advice and excellent service.

YOU CANNOT PUT A TIRE PLUG IN A
TIRE SIDEWALL. if you want to do it yourself that’s fine. Any tire shop will not put a plug in The sidewall. If they do put a plug in a sidewall of a tire, and it fails going down the road and causes you to lose control. The tire shop is libel.

On May 23,2026 I came into the Discount Tire location in Bartlett, TN for an installation of 4 new tires on my 2014 Toyota Tundra pickup. I had already purchased the tires online from Discount Tire and scheduled the installation for that day. Later that day we left town traveling in the same vehicle when the tire pressure light illuminated. We discovered one of the tires had a slow leak. I was able to stop a couple of times to put more air in and we made it to Jonesboro Arkansas and stopped at the Discount Tire location there. After explaining the situation and troubleshooting the Jonesboro location determined the problem was the tire sensor was likely installed incorrectly and was damaged. They installed a new one and everything has been fine since. The service techs in Jonesboro did a great job. Fast forward to June 8, 2026 we brought in our 2008 Toyota Sequoia for installation of 4 new tires purchased and scheduled online with Discount tire and installation with the same Bartlett TN location. When the installation was finished we took the vehicle home (about 5-7 miles) and parked in our garage until June 13. While driving the vehicle on the other side of town the tire sensor light illuminated. My wife pulled into a Discount tire location on poplar ave in Memphis to have it looked at. The tech told my wife that while one tire was 33lb and the other 3 were 35lb the problem was probably a low/dead battery in one of the sensors and she should take it back to the Bartlett location to have them look at it. Two complete tire changes and two very similar issues after the fact and on top of that when we had an issue and stopped by the nearest Discount tire location we are told to go somewhere else? Once back at the Bartlett location we are now having to pay an additional $280.00 to replace all the sensors on this vehicle. Okay, what I don’t understand is that today the tech simply scanned the tire and told me the batteries where either low or dead. Why didn’t anyone do that on Monday June 8 when we were there for the original tire change? I’m sorry it has come to this however you have lost all of any future business from our family. We took a chance with you on these two purchases in a short time and in good conscience I will not refer anyone to your business and must warn others of your shortcomings.

5 stars for Discount Tire in Las Cruces, NM. I arrived in my Corvette with a weak battery and they jump started my car in order to get it in the bay for new tires (embarrassing). Once they finished professionally installing my tires, I needed another jump start to leave, this time one of the employees had to pull up his vehicle for the jump since the battery was so weak (even more embarrassing). These guys went above and beyond for me. In addition to doing a great job with my tires, these people really helped me out in a pinch!

Today I was reminded that great customer service is still alive and well.

I had an unexpected issue arise after visiting the Discount Tire located at 1601 FM 685, Pflugerville, TX 78660, and while problems can happen anywhere, what truly matters is how a company responds when they do. From the management team to the service advisors and the technicians in the shop, everyone stood tall and demonstrated professionalism, accountability, and a genuine commitment to taking care of the customer.

What impressed me most wasn't just the product—it was the people. Every person I spoke with treated me with respect, listened to my concerns, and worked diligently to make things right. There was no finger-pointing, no excuses, and no passing the buck. Instead, there was a team of individuals focused on providing the kind of service that earns trust and builds lasting relationships.

In a world where good customer service often seems hard to find, this experience was a refreshing reminder that there are still businesses that put customers first. I left feeling valued, appreciated, and thankful.

I gave Discount Tire in Tucson two chances, and they wasted both. Twice I ordered tires. Twice they came in. Twice, nobody called me. I had to follow up myself both times, only to find out they were about to close, blowing up my weekend plans on back-to-back occasions. At some point, incompetence becomes a pattern, and a pattern is a policy.

When I finally got in, I was pushed to the front of the line, and still sat there for 42 minutes watching two or three empty stalls while they took other customers ahead of me. One full hour, for two tires. Highly unacceptable.

I watched from the waiting room the whole time. The shop floor looked like a group of people actively negotiating with themselves about how little work was acceptable. Thirty seconds on, one minute standing around or goofing off. One employee entertained himself by yelling the alphabet song. I'm not exaggerating for effect. This actually happened. If you have time to sing, you have time to work. No wonder they were extremely slow. I do not mind if they sing loudly and annoyingly, but I do mind when no work gets done.

The delay cost me an alignment appointment I had scheduled elsewhere. I'll be doing business with another tire company from now on. One is that is more reputable.

Discount Tire has lost a customer for good. Do yourself a favor and find a shop that respects your time.

I had an amazing experience at this shop in Pueblo off Thames! Paul went completely above and beyond to make sure my family and I were safe on the road when we were in a really tough spot. His exceptional kindness and professionalism blew me away, and I am so grateful. I will absolutely be recommending all of my family and friends here for their future tire needs!

They refused to honor service on their own tires by saying they were too old and needed to be replaced. The tires were in great shape and were perfectly serviceable.

I pulled into Discount Tire with my front right tire at PSI of 9. I had just put air in tire (PSI 34) to make it to Discount Tire about a mile away. Christopher met me in parking lot and got my tire information. As we walked into store I told him I had two hours before I picked up my daughter to then drive to Willis to join my grandson and his parents to go to his high school graduation. Christopher was exceedingly patient as I got my Affirm information in to pay for four tires. He was gracious and patient. I will go to no other place from now on for tires. Thank you Christopher for your excellent service.

I used to have nothing but positive reviews about Discount Tire in Lake Worth. After today's visit, not so.
I was previously in the alignment business for 42 years. My visit today was for a tire rotation and wheel balance only. As I was sitting in the waiting room I witnessed 9 Hard sell jobs on unwitting customers. That would be about 75-80% of the people walking through the door. Most didn't escape. Many gave in.
Four, including myself were for worn out lug nuts, for a mere $79. I was actually double teamed. Two were for outer tie rod ends. Most folks got the wheel alignment speel. One sales point was for 'unsafe shock absorbers causing tire wear. NOT!
My lug nuts miraculously were able to be reused, and my wheels haven't fallen off yet. Other than that, it was a pleasant visit.
