Discount Pram Centre Arvostelua 

Staff had excellent knowledge of prams and were really helpful, even when I had questions about pram brands not stocked. I wanted to have a look around other shops before deciding and there was no pressure put on me to decide.

We went in knowing nothing at all! The girls in Cwmbran were so good, explained everything in such detail and we tried everything in our car and pushed our chosen pram around the shop! Would absolutely recommend!

We visited the Cardiff branch three times and every time to make a decision on the pram, order it and then pick it up. The staff are so knowledgeable and honest with their information. We are first time parents and really didn’t know where to start and came out feeling like we knew what we were looking for. When we ordered the pram it took just less than two weeks when they said it would take three. We were too late for the 4d scan freebie so they chucked in a free waterproof cover instead. Upon pick up we told the staff that we were going to fit the car seat in the car park, as we live on a busy street with on street parking and the staff instantly offered to help us. Impeccable service, thank you!

Excellent customer service from Louise from the Cwmbran store. I went into the store uncertain of what I exactly wanted. I explained to Louise that I wanted a lightweight pram that could easily fold. Louise was exceptional. She showed me lots of prams and demonstrated how to set them up and fold them down. She had fantastic knowledge of the differing features. I made a order the same day based off Louise's recommendations. Even after I placed my order, Louise kept in touch to update me of the delivery. I would 100% recommend. Thank you.

We had a very pleasant experience here. It’s much more relaxing when you can browse freely and have your questions answered as and when, without feeling hassled. We had every question answered and were free to try and test what we needed. We did find the prices were better for the pram we preferred too. Thank you!

Both staff members were really friendly and helpful. We’re really happy with the deal that we got and even better that we don’t have to pick it up straight away so we don’t have to worry about storage. Would definitely recommend to any parents to be!

Fantastic service at the Cardiff discount pram centre. I didn’t get the ladies name who helped us but she was a lovely red head lady who was very patient and informative. Went through all the options we had available for our twins. We left really happy knowing Everything we needed was covered. It was very kind too that we were given free rain covers for the car seat instead of the 4d scan. Would definitely recommend to anyone

Can’t fault the service at both the Nelson store where I purchased the new Egg3 pram today and the Cwmbran store where I had my gender scan yesterday. Both stores have such friendly staff, can’t do enough for you, they’ve really made my first pregnancy so memorable. Will definitely be back here for any future babies :)

I visited the Nelson store today with my son and daughter-in-law. We were asked if we needed any help but left alone when we replied “no thank you” we browsed the prams and decided which one to buy.
The assistant Helen was really helpful, showing us how the pram folded, the different bundles we could purchase including colour options.
