I placed an order for the wrong items so I have tried to contact the company by email several times about returning them but had no reply and there is no way to get in touch by phone as you get an answerphone message to email the company!
I have been placing regular orders for the correct items for some time with no problems, the latest delivery being today!
What is going on?

Have now received goods with an apology and a small partial refund. Clearly something happened that caused a problem with delivery and communication. I get the impression they are a smallish business, maybe a family business and perhaps there was some sort of family emergency. Anyway, all is resolved now and i appreciated the email apologising.

Placed a £60 order with next day delivery over a week ago, no emails answered and the telephone goes to answer phone permanently!
Have they gone into receivership???

Have sent many emails but got no reply’s.Phoned many times goes to answer machine you get no reply’s. How are you able to speak to them ? Very disappoint as I have bought from them in the past.

The pads are a great size no more messing about with one or two or smaller ones. They very absorbent and work perfectly well.

The phone was answered promptly, man who answered knew exactly what I was talking about, advised— and the product arrived next day.
