5 star service

5 stars and more! What an amazing company. Great selection online and easy to navigate. Good instructions on how to mesure if unsure. Delivery was quick and easy and great communication. I had a few panels damaged and I recived a whole new pack delivered as replacement the next day. Cant fault this company, great work the quality is 10/10

I only ordered some samples of flooring…

I only ordered some samples of flooring so we could check the colour match and quality. The samples arrived within a few days and were of adequate size to allow for an informed decision. Also included in the sample pack were recommendations for the correct underlay which was very useful.

We will definitely be ordering off them once our kitchen has been completed.

Great service and quality

I ordered some samples of LVT flooring which came quickly. I then placed an order which I received 2 days later. Fast service and great value for money. A good quality product

Phoned to enquire about extra samples and told that wouldn't be a problem

Quality selection

Very good selection, so much I rang up and spoke to a man that run my through all I needed great customer care, also advised on beading for me, delivery was quite fast and live on the first floor disabled and all flooring was to my door so no extra stress.

Faultless from start to end

I can't recommend Discount Flooring enough. From ordering samples to placing an order the process has been seamless. Chris from Discount Flooring contacted me following delivery of the samples, there was no pressure or selling tactics just friendly and helpful advice. Compared to other companies we received samples from, Discount Floorings faultless service stood out and we are very happy with our purchase.

Really good company

Really good company. Reasonably priced flooring. Easy to understand instructions for herringbone flooring. Chose a delivery date and was dropped off with no damage. Selected the 15% extra flooring to account for cuts.
Happy overall.
