Not very good service

Not very good service, sample only couple of inches big and when I asked for a normal sized sample like other companies provide was told this is not possible. Keep sending me emails asking for reviews now.

Ordered 1 pack of flooring as expanding…

Ordered 1 pack of flooring as expanding daughters bedroom. Had to pay more for delivery of the actual pack itself. Delivery scheduled for Tuesday. Didn’t come. Phoned on Wednesday. Was told someone will phone me back. Didn’t happen. Sent them an email that night. No response. Got an email on Thursday morning requesting to submit feedback on feee samples they gave me. I haven’t received anything. Thursday midday got a call from a delivery driver to advise me that he is 5 min away and how funny it was to deliver just 1 pack. Delayed my work, very inconvenient especially when you trying to take care of 2 children in holiday and doing the work. Any delays have impact.

Excellent service …

Very easy to order the pictures on the site matched the samples which were sent at speedy time , the delivery process was easy and the only negative I found was the delivery price is a bit expensive but I could at least choose a delivery day the quality of the Otis great and I will definitely order again

Ordered some samples to try out for our new home, fast delivery service and got a follow up email to check if they were OK. Great customer care. Samples are lovely, I'm just waiting for the keys to be able to pick a colour 🤣
