Great service.

Glasses arrived 48 hours after I ordered them, so excellent service.
Unfortunately, had to return them as style I chose didn't suit me, but the return process was efficient & easy to use.

I ordered some tomford sunglasses

I ordered some tomford sunglasses. Fast shipping. Unfortunately they didn’t fit and I returned them. Return process was easy and got my refund super quick 👍🏼

Very high quality sunglass but it…

Quality sunglass but they charge extra for shipping. The glass I bought didn't look good on me. Would have returned it but I couldn't as I was afraid I would be charged for shipment again. If you want quality sunglasses, I would say get it from them but be aware you can only try it on when you get it, and you would have to pay extra for shipping.

Thank you for your review. I would like to clarify a few points. I can see that you placed your order in August 2025. As outlined on our website and in our returns policy, we offer a free 30-day return period. I have linked this policy below, where our procedures and terms are clearly explained.

As the order is now outside the timeframe for a free return, we believe the 3-star review may not accurately reflect our returns policy.

Hi,

We can see that you have edited your review. In your updated review, you state that we charge for shipping. We would like to clarify that we offer a free delivery option, which is Tracked 48. This service is free for all customers.

A delivery charge only applies if a customer chooses to upgrade their delivery from our free option. In your case, you selected Next Day Delivery, which carries a charge of £7. If Tracked 48 delivery had been selected, there would have been no delivery charge.

For this reason, changing your review from 3 stars to 1 star and editing the content does not accurately reflect our business practices or our customer service.
