Checked site on trustpilot prior to purchasing, as prices seemed really reasonable.. the comments I read appeared happy with their purchases, so I took the plunge and purchased 2 pairs of sunglasses. They arrived quickly and securely. Tried on both pairs, one didn't suit me, so I used the QR code return, for next day collection, using the same box it came in. Refund processed without quibble and notified by email the glasses had been received and refunded. Just perfect! Will be using them again for sure!

Fantastic service. Ordered three pairs of glasses to try the styles (which were delivered faster than they predicted), chose one pair and returned two. Easy, freepost return, and a prompt refund for the glasses not kept. Also when I called to query something, an actual person answered without going through a tedious menu!! How refreshing!

couldn't get through on the phone 10…

couldn't get through on the phone 10 times I tried and they still haven't returned my emails - very frustrating

Great Company

Great website & selection of products at very reasonable prices.
Unfortunately the glasses I bought werent a good fit (my problem not the product) so had to return them. The process was completely hassle free and refund email received very quickly.
Really like this company - they fully understand customer service in all aspects and I would definately buy from them again.
